What a great experience! House made gluten free buns, separate fryer, very very well trained staff, and everything was WONDERFUL! Can't recommend it enough.

Great burger and ahi tuna sandwich. The gf buns were so tasty that I panicked a bit thinking they were gluten filled. Also, the fries are made in a dedicated fryer and so good.

Meh. I didn’t hate it and it wasn’t contaminated, but the burger was just okay. I expected more from the hype and the price but the burgers are better at Town Hall. Also, it’s really loud and you are sitting practically in the laps of your neighbors.

The staff was amazing! When I mentioned that we had two in our party who had celiac disease, the hostess immediately showed me a menu with items that can be made gluten-free notes, explained that they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items, and said to inform the waiter so that they can be aware to prevent cross contamination. Food and milkshakes were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend!

Gluten free buns would be better if heated and I will ask for them to be heated next visit. Other than that, this place is fantastic! I had the zinburger, it was amazing! I did not try the fries although they are fried in a dedicated frier. Great place for a burger and cider.

I've eaten here multiple times. Always amazingly delicious and gluten free. Best burger I've had and it's never made me sick. They always have gluten free buns too.

Just ate here for lunch and so far so good. I made our server aware right away about my needs and he did remind me that's it's not a totally GF environment. There seemed to be some confusion when other people at the table wanted fries and I kept insisting that mine be separate, but overall everything was pretty good! The burger I ordered was incredibly tender and enormous. GF fries were weirdly bland, but hot and crispy. I would dine here again.

Dedicated fryer. Gf buns. Almost everything safe. The Samburger was so good. Zinburger was ok but not as much flavor. The burgers themselves are SO tender. I'm not really a burger eater but ate here 2 days in a row. I'm very sensitive to contamination and was fine.

Gf buns for huge burgers with loads of toppings. Dedicated fryer so you can have sweet potato fries or regular fries. Also lots of dip options for the fries.

Amazing burgers! they're huge and served on gf buns. I asked for fries and they made them in a separate fryer and they were delicious - it's been a wgile since I've been able to order celiac-friendly fries! I went with my grandma who normally doesn't eat much but we both devoured our burgers.

The servers at Zinburger are very knowledgeable about celiac disease and eating gluten free. No menu but just ask about options. All burgers wrapped in lettuce and there is a dedicated fryer for fries. Delicious and great experience!

Edit 3/30/14 - expanded menu now with Udi's bun. No gf menu but every server has been knowledgeable. Mostly anything can be modified to be gf.

Solid burger place with a dedicated fryer for French fries. The bun was soft and tasty and the burger excellently prepared. No ill effects, which is a win. Had the signature zinburger with a basket of regular fries. After a day of travel, I was not disappointed. Also has a great atmosphere and while I didn’t have anything to drink but Sprite tonight, it looks like the bar and wine list (plus happy hour specials from 3 to 6) are well appointed.

CELIACS BEWARE!

Staff is not consistently trained to handle GF food. Some people taking orders do not understand both the procedure for assuring the food is made GF or the importance of this. To most of the staff, mistakenly giving a regular bun is like forgetting to add bacon.

Update: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOURE CELIAC. Theres no indications on the food when they serve it. My burger came out with NO CHEESE written on the top. Found that kind of odd that GF wasnt written. I asked the person taking the orders if my turkey burger was gluten free.. Her response floored me. She didn't look at anything on my order and said "yes our turkey burgers come gluten free." Sooo the person taking orders doesn't know to ring up the burgers on GF buns!?! My gf and I both opened up our wrappers, she got the seared ahi burger. And guess what?.. We had the same type of bun!

Never again! I have $12 left on a gift card and I'm going to give it away.

Friendly service, but our server offered us one round of drinks and those came out after the salad and burgers. As for the food, top notch. Only tried the turkey burger so far but it was great. Came on an Udi bun with a side of pickles. Fries are pretty good, very close to five guys. Little pricey but you get what you pay for here.

Update.. I have eaten here 4 times now and as nice as the staff can be they make a massive amount of mistakes with each order. This last order was the tipping point...3rd time in a row. Ordered a turkey burger no cheese and pickles. Came with a massive amount of cheese, no tomatoes and the container of pickles had 2 little slices in it.
