This location is consistently unable to get gluten free correct. Every time I order I specifically tell them no pita due to a gluten allergy yet each time my food arrives with pita sitting on top of it. And their solution? They hand it back to the kitchen who literally in front of me just takes the pita off and hands it back. No attempt at all to get it right and take serious precautions for an allergy. I have had numerous conversations with various store managers and the problem continues and management does not take a serious approach to the severity of the situation. Do not eat here if you have any sensitivity at all. They disregard the allergy and are extremely unsafe in the handling of your food.

I wish they would educate their employees more. It's very frustrating if I'm trying to order and I ask if it has gluten and almost every time I ask their reply is I don't know. How can you work in a chain that boasts gluten free and not even know what is gluten free on the menu. Also not as many options for gluten free as I feel they should have. I have their Greek salad and ask for no pita but a lot of the time they still give it to me which again is frustrating.

I was told gluten free was not a problem, but their idea of gluten free is not putting pita bread on the dish. But after I ate the meal I realized I shouldn't of had the rice which turn out to be pilaf!! The gluten free dish should have come with a bean side dish after reviewing their on-line menu. My wife also ordered a gluten free so that we could share, but there was a pasta noodle in it. I am sick as I type this review. If you have celiac stay away from this chain!!

Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.

Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.

Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
