Asymptomatic Celiac

Any suggestions for northwestern Minnesota, Duluth and Minneapolis?

• AmyLu Pizza Luce!! It's a favorite when I'm there, and I've never had an issue with cross contamination -- they seem to be very careful and knowledgeable. They usually have at least 1 gf dessert as well. If you like spicy, the Fire Breathing Dragon pizza is amazing! 2 replies

• BTWtravel I’m not sure about Duluth, but for Minneapolis: The artichoke dip with GF bread at Pizza Lucé is to die for! My non-GF friends actually preferred the GF bread to the regular non-GF bread! Their pizza is also good, but I personally prefer Punch Pizza (although cross-contamination possible; but worth it for me—Punch Pizza rivals pizza I had in Italy). If you’re looking for something more upscale, Zelo has house-made gluten free pasta, and All Saints has a tapas-style menu that is 90% gluten free (they have a dedicated frier and use tamari soy sauce).

• taylor24797 Va Benne, Sarah’s Table, and Duluth Grill are all locations in Duluth that are great. Dovetail has breakfast bars and chia pudding. Love creamery is fantastic if you’re looking for ice cream. They also have dairy free gluten free options.
