Gluten Sensitive

Anyone have any good places that have gf options in Destin, Florida?

• isabella327 I have to disagree with the user above unfortunately. I went there last night and even my salad was not celiac safe & I used my Nima sensor to test for gluten prior to eating to avoid getting sick and loads of gluten was found. 3 replies

• isabella327 Also on their special menu for food allergies it notes they use wheat flour in all their products and the kitchen contains the dust of that which can easily cause cross contamination. I’d recommend staying away from the establishment if you’re looking to eat but if you’re going to go while family members or friends eat I’d say sit out the meal if not even their salad is safe. If you want to know the items in my salad it was literally lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, pico de gallo & a side of guac and I got oil & vinegar for my dressings & tested everything and it still came up as with gluten. There really aren’t safe places in Destin but I’d recommend trying healthy Coast in FWB. They are awesome with their protocols and have never ever had an issue. It’s not a sit in type of restaurant it’s more of a food prep service but you can purchase single items and it is nice because it’s already prepped just needs to be rewarmed!

• awberryjadee LuLu’s all the way!!!! They have a decimated gluten free space. Also have a huge like 5 page gluten free menu👀. The manager himself came and took my order to confirm everything was correct. Absolute delicious every time! 2 replies
