There’s basically nothing safe here except the buffalo dip with vegetables to dip (not the tortilla chips, which are cross contaminated) or the salads with grilled chicken, which are just not tasty. I would only return here if I were coming for a happy hour and wasn’t hungry. All wings are cross contaminated in the fryer, even the ones marked GF.

Delicious wings and really great service. Knowledgeable staff about gluten free. Manager came to talk to us when we let the server know we needed gluten free. The have GF listed on main menu. In any restaurant there is a chance for cross contamination but they seemed to really try and lessen it.

The wings and tater tots are in a dedicated fryer. While they are still learning about gf ingredients, the Manager was so nice, as he let me check the sauce labels to determine if they were gf...they were. My husband is from Buffalo, so we have high standards about our wings! The Anchor Bar wings were the best I have ever had, and the tots were amazing!

The menu is clearly marked with what is GF. I asked about separate fryers and they indicated that they have separate fryers for each item they cook which limits cross- contamination (so only bone-in wings are cooked in 1 fryer… only fries are cooked in 1 fryer). I had the wings and fries with no reaction. Note, I am Gluten intolerant not Celiac.

I ordered wings and the bartender knew which sauces were not gf and had no issues. Some places make you feel like it’s a burden to not been glutened but not here! It was great and safe!

They say gluten friendly but the wings and most sauces are GF and the wings are cooked separately in GF oil. My tummy feels great after eating those yummy wings.
