The app said this restaurant is “$” but when we got there it was “$$.” Appetizers start at $11, and the pizzas run $17 for a 10 inch gluten free pizza with 4 toppings. There are only two items even marked gluten free. That being said, I had the Italian nachos and a side salad and gelato and no reaction. Food was good.

Outstanding gf cauliflower crust with exceptional toppings! This is a fantastic New York style restaurant in downtown Pueblo! Spinach salad was delicious as was the homemade gelato! Again though, the pizza was excellent! And our server Brittany could not have been more customer oriented! Thanks Angelo’s ππ€

I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience at Angelo's Pizza Parlor in Pueblo, Colorado, where my wife had the pleasure of trying their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza. From the first bite, it was evident that Angelo's takes great care in crafting this delicious masterpiece. The crust, made from cauliflower, was surprisingly light and crispy, perfectly complementing the flavorful toppings. They take great care to prevent cross contamination while preparing, cooking and serving GF foods.
The pizza was generously adorned with fresh vegetables, savory tomato sauce, and a delectable blend of cheeses that melted in my mouth with every bite. The attention to detail in creating a pizza that is both gluten-free and bursting with flavor is truly commendable.
The service at Angelo's was exceptional, with a friendly and knowledgeable staff who made sure my dietary needs were met without compromising on taste. The ambiance of the parlor added to the overall experience, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
As a gluten-free pizza enthusiast, finding a gem like Angelo's was a delightful surprise. Whether you have dietary restrictions or simply appreciate a fantastic pizza, I highly recommend trying their gluten-free cauliflower crust pizza at Angelo's Pizza Parlor in Pueblo, Colorado. It's a taste sensation you won't want to miss!

My hubs is celiac and we've been here several times with success! Gluten free items are marked and servers are aware and informed. Pizza is great and so is the Mac and cheese. Also love the gf version of garlic bread. Definitely recommend!

We asked about gluten free pizza and were told they did not have a gf slice and had to order a 10” pie. So we did. And it tasted really good. And then a couple hours later my husband got sick....8 times. He has had celiac almost 3 years and strictly follows the diet. This was the only time he has ever been glutened and we are pretty sure he ate a normal 10” pizza. It was not worth it.

Had gf cheesy bread and gf pizza. Food was delicious. Also ordered ranch and house pinot noir and did not get sick. Definitely recommend.
It was great. My server knew what celiac was! They have pizza, pasta, bread and Mac and cheese
I've gotten sick here multiple times.
Last time was the last time.

They do offer gf crust, but use millet in their crust. Millet makes my mom and sister extremely sick as well. I cannot recommend them for everyone with celiac. Millet is bad for you anyway.
Amazing pizza. Gf crust is out of this world. There honey balsamic dressing is made in store and is also gf!!!
The gluten free pizza was great. It only came in the 10in and I wish there were more options.
wouldn't know because on a Sunday evening they were out of the gf crust. couldn't even tell us another place in town. thank goodness for this app.
