Eat here almost every week. Order at counter place hidden in basement food court of Macy's. Delicious, flavorful variety.

the joy of finding places like this is one of huge perks of travel for celiacs. it's a lunch counter type place on the lower level of a mall, but with music playing and not unpleasant surroundings. reasonable prices, extensive options and combinations, tasty real food, they say everything is 100% gf and cashier guy was able to quickly look up items that contain dairy (apparently just coffee). I envy celiacs who live nearby. check it out

Fantastic food and it was such a treat not have to worry about cross-contamination. My 14 year old Daughter has celiac and can be a picky eater. She loved the rice and chicken with lime sauce. The chicken is "5 spice", but was not spicy. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 only because they didn't actually give me exactly what I ordered (white rice instead of brown rice), but what they gave me was still delicious.

Everything on menu is gluten free, fresh, local, all natural ingredients. It's a great place for a quick bite to eat.

I finally made it to the basement of Macy's to try Asian Box. It was just before noon on a weekday and there was no line, but as I was eating the line formed out the door, so keep in mind this place is popular! You order at the left counter and pick up your box at the right counter. The vegan options for your box are extra veggies in lieu of protein or tofu. The toppings are vegan except for egg and so are the sauces.

I removed a star because I did not get exactly what I ordered. I felt like all I got were noodles, tofu, sauce, and a few very small pieces of limp steamed veggies and I asked for many other toppings. So, beware if you go at the lunch rush the quality might suffer a bit.

Oh my gosh, I love this place! It's a hidden gem in the basement of Macy's. Everything is GF. It's like an Asian Chipotle. I ordered Box 1 and it was delicious!

Everything's GF here. The food is so good! Lots and lots of flavor. To get there, go into the Macy's and take the escalator down. There's a food court done there Nf that's where you'll find this gem. It's so good that you'll want to come back every day.

This place is hidden in the Macy's (it's on the bottom floor "C"). It's not the cheapest food but it was so delicious I ate every last bite (and I even splurged on extra meat). The food is made to order so it can take around 5 minutes depending on the meat you pick. Everything was well seasoned and very fresh. Best part is that it's ALL gluten free so completely safe for anyone with celiac!

Got take out boxes for myself, my spouse and two kids. Great value and healthy food! So nice to order anything off the menu. We’re just visiting SF, but I wish we had this chain at home! The chocolate chip cookies were so good too!
