lots of gluten free menu options but staff really needs to be trained about cross contamination. Using naturally gluten free ingredients and offering a gluten free bun does not mean that you are safe for those of us with celiac- I asked specifically for the cooks to change their gloves, and was assured that they would by the manager, then watched as the kitchen staff prepared my food using the same gloves they had on and prepared other orders with- including handling the raw meat-They also put the gluten free bun on the exact spot where a regular bun was moments before- needless to say, I didn't eat my meal...
Really really good. Almost everything is gf. Burgers on a roll! Sweet potato fries are great. Lots of options. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The place is also comfortable. I often eat lunch alone and feel dorky in some restaurants. Here I felt very at ease. Best of all though was the food. I plan to be a regular.
Awesome staff! More then willing to accommodate to GF needs. They have gluten free buns and sweet potato fries, delicious!

Absolutely horrible experience. Everything we ordered ran the risk of cross contamination and they were getting upset when I asked them to change their gloves and make a new burger when the cook added cheese to my burger after touching a non GF bun. Never again will we go there.

Excellent restaurant I ordered the Westside turkey burger with gluten free bun. Staff knew exactly what I could have. And best of all it's all local grown!
Delicious food and reliably knowledgable staff about the gluten free options with their burgers. The salads are amazing and even though I hate being forced into ordering a salad when I go out in order to be gluten free, I choose to order them here if I'm not in a burger mood.
I respect the effort to be gluten free although the public should beware of the fact that B. good has been negligent in regard to undercooking their hamburgers. I was served a raw hamburger not just once but twice! They do not use meat thermometers and burgers are serverd not rare but partially raw (red & cold against tongue). Anyone concerned about HEALTH should be concerned about E. coli and should be concerned about standard health regulations they are not following.....and should not trust that B. Good gets their meet from non-contaminated sources. You can check the city of Boston's health inspection records online and verify that they have had viiolations regarding contamination.
Healthy, creative menu with generous portion sizes. The baked fries, burgers, and GF buns are all fantastic. Accommodating and friendly staff. So, so impressed with this place. The kale and quinoa bowls are really delicious and make a perfect lunch! Highly recommend!!
I love b good! I'd rate it a perfect score, but it is fast food. Great fast food! The salads are so fresh. I don't eat beef or chicken. Never tried the veggie burger. I don't know if they have gluten free rolls. The fries are good and I must say, I love the cauliflower! They will make it gluten free upon request. They've been very accommodating.
I had one good experience here and one terrible one. The first time, I requested a gluten free bun and asked them to prep my burger on separate surfaces, etc. My order was marked for a gluten allergy. I watched really closely to make sure - kitchen is open- air - and everything looked fine. I didn't get sick. But the next time I went back, making the same request and paying less attention, they must've done something different. Not sure if it was the bun or burger, but something got cross contaminated and I got sick! I won't be going back.
Great tasting burger & fries, but probably took a risk eating here based on cross contamination issues. Gal who took my order asked if it was an allergy (yes), guy who made my burger switched gloves, but everything cooked together and assembled together, so chance for contamination is high
My biggest issue with the way b.good handles orders for "Gluten Free". If it's a preference, they have one method. If it's an allergy, they have a different, stricter protocol. Unfortunately, if the word "allergy" doesn't make it to the kitchen, then the food gets contaminated. I have brought this issue to their attention, and they refuse to make any change to their procedure.
You can see the chefs preparing your meal (for the most part) and if I order a gluten free roll I always see them switching gloves then disposing of them when done. We go here quite frequently for take out. My boyfriend who is not GF and I who is GF both really enjoy bgood.
Everyone I bring raves about the burgers! Here you can find foods fresh from local farms, also GF buns, fries, etc, and a book of ingredients. They have been accommodating our many allergies kindly. FYI their fries do contain rice and the veggie burger is not GF. There are still plenty of options for non-meat eaters.
Saw this place just walking by, amazing hamburger and I didn't get sick.
my star rating is sort of a average based on 3 people who dined together. I am the one with the gluten issue, my wife often chooses to eat Gf, and our son only when forced to. my burger, the El Guapo on a udi's bun was fine and tasted real good. however they totally messed up my wife's order and gave our son the wrong fries. my wife ordered a regular cheese buger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun; like red robins. instead she got a bacon cheese burger - she does not do bacon - on a bun and the wrong fries. to correct it they plopped a buger in a box, added a piece of unmelted cheese and a piece of lettuce. ya didn't feel warm and fuzzy and welcome.
Yum! I had a Cousin Oliver burger with a gluten free bun, and sweet potato fries. You can see right into the kitchen, and I watched the chef change his gloves at least 5 times while he was making my burger, being careful not to cross contaminate. And since the fries are baked, there's no worry of fryer cross-contamination!
