Had the GF crab Benedict. Delicious and did not have any reaction. They use different plates for GF foods. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I ordered a burger with the side of chips and a chocolate lava cake. Delicious. Burger was very juicy and very well made. Kind of sad that they do not have a separate fryer for fries, but the chips were alright.

My server was very nice and able to answer my questions. They use separate plates for meals with allergies, in preparation they switch gloves and keep everything separate. Great service.

Amazing. 4 of 5 members in my family are celiac and we ask a lot of questions when ordering food that we do not prepare ourselves. Staff was patient and understanding. Our food was delivered by the chef on a separate colored plate to provide a visual aid to our gluten free flagged order. Wish more places treated food orders with the same approach.

This restaurant is great with gluten free foods and allergens! The manager brings out the entree of a plate specifically marked to let the kitchen staff and servers know it contains an allergy so no one touches it. The staff ALWAYS changes their aprons and gloves and uses specifically marked utensils and prep areas including scrubbing the grill if necessary. I am HIGHLY sensitive to cross-contamination and have never had any issues here. Not only do they do their best to guarantee safe kitchen prep areas, much of the staff are gluten free, celiac, or have other allergens and understand the necessity of keeping us safe! This food is safe, but also delicious! HIGHLY recommend!!

The food is absolutely delicious! It does take a little longer for GF menu items as they use the best brands available and throughly clean the prep area. The portions are oversized, the food is safe and delicious, and there is a lot to choose from! The staff is very knowledgeable of the food concerns as many of them have allergies, are gluten free, or celiac themselves. There is also very little fee ($1 or less) if any to modify for a gluten-free substitute!

The bar is all handmade cocktails, the food is locally sourced, locally owned, and nearly all is homemade. It is a great local restaurant!

This place is wonderful. I've ate here twice with no issues! Everything is delicious and properly labeled. Even the gluten free menu has all the ingredients listed on the bottom.

Just had the Malibu sandwich from their gluten free menu. It was so fresh, tasted like a summer garden!

Outstanding service and attention to gluten free needs. Our server, Paola was tremendous and the manager actually brought over a gf fresh salad sample for us. We had the lump crab Benedict for a late breakfast as we were traveling through. I'd suggest this small, regional chain to anyone who is traveling and worried about finding gf options!

Had the gf bacon Mac and cheese as well as the margarita pizza and chocolate lava cake. All of it was really good and I didn't have any reactions. I wanted another bowl of the Mac and cheese, it was so good! Also, they have the cutest mugs for sale.

Walked in the door and said 2 please and immediately was asked if we would need any gluten free menus. Had not even said I was celiac yet! The comfort started there. The waiter noticed the menu and asked me if I had a tolerance or celiacs. I told her celiac and she told me not to worry they would make the appropriate accommodations and even went over the menu in full with me! Has by far been the best experience dining out I have had since diagnosis! Awesome! Will be back!

General manager came to the table since it was my first time here and brought me gluten free samples to try. Lots of choices , sandwiches, pizza, salads!

I was really looking forward to this, and I have to say, I was disappointed. The menu was more limited than I expected, although they did have Udi's everything. That was nice. There weren't any appetizers I could share with my family. I had a chicken sandwich. The homemade vinaigrette over the sandwich was wonderful, but it was otherwise overpowered by the huge sandwich roll. There was very little "stuffing" in the sandwich. The fruit in the fruit cup was actually ripe and very good, though! Excellent, cheerful service and a nice atmosphere. Only one fryer, and a bit expensive for what we got. Would be worth going again to try something else if we were staying in town longer.

My favorite restaurant! The menu is huge, tons of safe options! They take gluten sensitivity VERY seriously and their excellent staff always go out of their way to ensure my food is prepared properly. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Good options, large gf selection including sandwiches on various types of rolls. The homemade chips are not an option, due to cross contamination from fryer.

Excellent service and separate GF menu. We had fennel sausage and caramelized onion pizza which was delicious. My son also had a double decker burger and he said it was one of his top 3 in VA Beach! Excellent staff and service too. Owner greeted us with soup and chip samplers since it was our first time there.

Top notch. Very friendly staff. The manager serves all gluten free dishes himself; they use different plates to make sure there's no confusion amongst staff. I got a chicken dandwich and salad that were excellent, especially the toasting on the bread. Partner got the pepperoni pizza. We got a chocolate lava cake for dessert. Every dish was tip notch and we could eat worry free.

This place was great! Our server was super knowledgeable and made sure to know that my GF preference was due to an allergy. I got the pepperoni pizza and their pizza crust is very thin but still really great. The crust wasn't burnt or anything and actually seemed handmade and not premade which is a plus to me. It was also a great size. I've had a $20 gf pizza that was half the size and left me still hungry. Our server mentioned they had a GF lava cake and it was so good!!! Served with a big scoop of ice cream and whipped cream. Will eat here again!
