My daughter with celiac just ordered the “GF״ fettuccini with Alfredo sauce and GF bread. She was vomiting violently 20 minutes later! Total contamination. Awful experience!!!

Would definitely recommend if you are celiac! They have a separate menu and kitchen. Plus the staff is very knowledgeable.

Ordered from gluten free menu, talked to manager and waiter about precautions. Was assured of cross contamination protocols. My celiac child was sick within 30 mins of leaving the restaurant.

I went to Biaggi’s for the first time in August to celebrate my birthday. I was so happy to find out they offer a gluten free bread platter, so gone are the days of watching everyone else at the table enjoy bread and oil! The bread is essentially their GF pizza crust with seasonings, but it is very good. I’ve been 3 times since my birthday and each time I have gotten the chicken Parmesan because it is just so good. There is a separate gluten free menu, and they take allergy precautions. I have never had a reaction and I am extremely sensitive.

NOT safe for celiac. After seeing good reviews I decided to give it a try. Staff brought out gluten free bread and assured me my meal was GF and they used a separate kitchen area & utensils. I was sick within an hour of getting home and am still suffering 4 days later, my worst glutening in many years.

Biaggi’s does have a gluten free menu, but that’s about it. I’ve eaten here several times over a few years (ordering exclusively from the gf menu) and been gluten sick every time. Not celiac safe in any way.

Wow. Just what you hope for. Great big gf menu. Great appetizer. Pasta and pizza were both great. Chicken parmesan is an unusual surprise. They seem to care about a good experience for gf customers. Wonderful meal.

After reading many positive reviews, I thought I would give this Biaggi’s location a try. My sister and I both have Celiac, and we both got very sick (most likely due to cross contamination) after ordering off the gluten free menu and notifying the waitstaff of our condition. While the waitstaff reassured us that there were separate cooking surfaces and tools used in the kitchen, they made no note of our condition while taking our orders and appeared defensive when we asked questions about the cooking surfaces and tools used.

They are generally celiac friendly and have an extensive GF menu. However we have gotten sick from cross-contamination more than once out of a couple dozen experiences there. My only general complaint is that it is often ridiculously loud in evenings at very hard to have a decent conversation. They cram too many big tables together and have almost no sound reduction surfaces.

I love Biaggis! I have talked with numerous employees about their practices to prevent cross contamination and feel 100% safe eating there as a super sensitive Celiac. My favorite dish is the potato crusted tilapia.

Since being diagnosed with celiac, biaggi's has been my go to place to eat with their two page menu of gluten free options. All of the servers I have had while dining in have been great and attentive to my needs.

It was a shock to find that Biaggis has changed their service to those with celiac. They charge for their gluten free bread that used to automatically accompany the entrees. And some of the options have disappeared. It looks like they are withdrawing their support of those with gluten intolerance or allergy.

WARNING: just learned that Biaggi's is now going to be charging for their gluten free side bread. They also changed their gluten free menu and got rid of their tube noodles and a few dishes and now just have a really bland spinach noodles (that was undercooked for us and had to be returned) that now only comes with a seafood, marinara, or Alfredo sauce. Contact and email corporate to make sure these changes are temporary! Unfair they want to now charge extra for those with allergies that want to dine there. If they wanted to make changes it should be to expand and better their gluten free menu, not scale it down and condense it. Luckily they still have other entrees that remain unchanged.

While in Champaign for work at the last minute I learned there was a Biaggi's and was relieved. This location like the other one in Jackson, MS was wonderful. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that provided a quality and safe GF meal for someone with celiac away from home!!!

The last time I was at Biaggi's the food was amazing. I was able to order off the Special's menu. I ordered a salmon fillet with a rosemary crust. It came with some buttered baby fingerling potatoes I think asparagus came with it too. It was amazing and gluten free!! We also had an appetizer of mussels in a champaign marinara. I love the gluten free bread too! I never feel like I have to compromise when I go there. There is always something I want and can have.

Food was cold and tasted like something I could have warmed up from lean cuisine. Overpriced food with no quality. Try a nice downtown champaign restaurant like Destihl if you are looking for someplace nice.
