Cheeseburger in Paradise

The burgers were just Ok with GF buns. This wasn't the best I've had but the staff was very knowledgeable, so that was a plus. The burger could have used a little more seasoning. The bun was very crumbly. The side salad was a little wilted. Also, there is an up charge for the GF bread and a side salad. I had to get the side salad because the fries (which were included) were not cooked in a dedicated fryer, therefore they were not an option. I gave it three stars because although it wasn't my favorite it was Ok and the staff is gluten aware.

Tremendously knowledgable wait staff. Such an awesome relief to be out and have my gluten questions answered very straightforwardly and consistently (according to many of comments in these reviews). Burger w fries, which I've missed :) and, if I had room, I could have had an appetizer - nachos loaded or potato chips loaded!

When you order Gluten Free, they know what they are talking about. The server even asked me if I wanted them to change the oil in the deticated fryer. Gluten free bun tastes very good.

Great tasting burgers WITH buns!

Knowledgable staff. Good GF menu. Great gluten free rolls (French meadows)- sometimes they will sell a few to you if they have extra.

Cheeseburger, fries and a beer. Yes, paradise for me.

Our waitress was able to answer all my questions with ease. I also have nut issue and double checked the oil used. My bacon cheeseburger was perfect and the bun was soft. The french fries were great. It was a great experience. Too bad it's not closer.

Good understanding of cross contamination. Gluten free fryer. They recently added the best appetizer that is available gf - Loaded Homemade Potato Chips.

Fun atmosphere. The staff is trained and is very careful with the gluten free preparation. So appreciate being able to have a hamburger with a delicious gluten free bun and gluten free french fries once in a while! There are plenty of gluten free options at this restaurant. One visit I asked, and they sold me a a couple of extra GF hamburger buns to take home.

Best GF burger I've had in a long time! Service was a little slow but very friendly and the manager brought out our food to us! They have a separate frier for the fries and made sure to reassure us that they try their best to avoid cross contamination (however they do have a disclaimer stating that it is still a possibility) Over all it was amazing though, and we will be coming back!

The staff here was very helpful. If they did not know the answer, they went and found someone who did. The made sure all of our food and drink was made safely. We had a lovely time here and would come back again.

This place used to be a lot better. They changed the menu and staff and it went through a rough patch with the gluten free but they’re starting to get their act together again. Be sure to double/triple check the meal isngluten free and the fries were in the dedicated fryer. They have two fryers, one for fries and other gluten free options and the other for non gf options. Sometimes one fryer breaks but they usually warn you of the situation.
