Wonderful! My favorite dish Miso Salmon can be made gluten-free! And my favorite appetizer can be made gluten-free: Sweet Corn Tamale Cakes! Very delicious & I didn’t get sick! All I had to do was specify gluten free to the waiter, when my meal was brought out to me it was emphasized gluten free as they put it down…it was reassuring & kind. I’m happy about my eats there!

Your experience is always going to be affected by who’s behind the counter preparing your food. We hit the jackpot tonight. I ordered online and left notes concerning what needs to be kept gluten free. They read them & followed them and, on top of that, noted on my containers where they put the gluten items.

Enjoyed the meal, but got sick afterwards. Have been ok at other locations, but this one has issues.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Well, I didn’t get sick, so that’s a plus. But I was extremely careful. I researched beforehand, and apparently Cheesecake Factory is kind of notorious for cross contamination with certain things, especially if you order gluten free pasta or things that normally have gluten but can be made gluten free upon request. I was recovering from getting sick a few days earlier, so I was extra careful and tried to order something that was naturally gluten free instead of “gluten free upon request.” Luckily I looked online at their nutrition information beforehand at https://www.thecheesecakefactory.com/assets/pdf/Nutritional_Guide.pdf. The physical menu at the restaurant only said “gluten free upon request” for any item, so I wouldn’t have know which were naturally gluten free. I made it clear to the server that I had celiac, and he said almost dismissively, “Oh, there’s gluten free marks on the menu.” So when I ordered I asked him to please let the chef know to be extra careful because I was very nervous and still recovering. I still can’t handle dairy yet as I heal. Most of the naturally gluten free ones had dairy. I ended up getting the pan seared chicken with corn replacing the mashed potatoes. It was fine tasting, but not filling. I was hungry when I left, and grumpy that I spent $20 for basically a chicken breast with veggies. The family enjoyed their food, but their bread crumbs got all over the table because you rip the bread with your hands. I was so nervous it would get in my food. They do have two gluten free cheesecakes. I had the Godiva one at Valentine’s Day when I wasn’t having issues with dairy, and it was delicious. And I didn’t react. But I don’t know that I really want to come back and spend so much money on rather disappointing food, and being paranoid about getting breadcrumbs all over.

Ordered tamale cakes and the chips and guacamole which are marked gf, I also let my server know I had a gluten allergy. I'm not sure the last time I've ever been this sick, I couldn't work the following day.

Ordered a specific meal gluten free, steak potatoes and mushrooms. Got incredibly ill, won’t go again.

Ordered off their gluten free items and made sure the waiter knew I needed the dish to be gluten free. My salad came to the table with croutons on it.
I had the shepherd's pie, not only was it one of the best shepherd's pie ever, my waiter informed me it was one of the menu items that's naturally gluten free. There are also two cheesecake options that are gluten free. I will definitely be going back

Got a gift card for Christmas and was surprised to find they had gluten free options. Got the Cobb salad with no cheese and ranch instead of bleu cheese with no issues. They also had gluten free cheesecake!
Yes
Their gluten free items are amazing! The turkey burger with gluten free bun is great, also the 4 cheese pasta, and their 2 gluten free cheesecakes! I could eat the cheesecake every week and not get tired of it.
staff is very knowledgeable about gf. is always get a pasta dish here. This place loses 2 stars, not for gf but I just don't think the food is worth the wait or price. however, if you are simply wondering if it is gluten free then 5 stars and 2 thumbs up since this place is very gf friendly! although they don't offer gf cheesecake they do have a gf dessert option. although I usually don't eat here it is very gf friendly.

I've been scared to try Cheesecake Factory because I haven't seen fantastic reviews...overall I had a decent experience. Waiter seemed to be knowledgeable. I had the delicious 4 cheese pasta. I didn't feel any strong symptoms after (although I am asymptotic for the most part) the only disappointment is that they really don't have many options, especially for the size of their menu!!
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!! BEEN HERE A FEW TIMES ALWAYS LEAVE SICK....NO MORE....

Every time I have gone here the server has done their best to accommodate my allergy. The menu items are clearly marked as gluten free. Plus the food is delicious! My only complaint is there is only one gluten free cheesecake to choose from.

Most knowledgeable staff we have encountered! Food was delicious with no adverse reactions. Fantastic!!

Had great menu options for gf, server was nice and made sure it was gluten free. My food was brought out separately, which gave me peace of mind. Did not get sick and will thankfully be going back!

Service was awesome and the server was great at doing his best to accommodate my allergy. However, the food was cross contaminated and led to an ill night. Still awesome food but not worth the upset stomach.
Yes
several options. dedicated gluten free menu. lists acceptable levels of gluten I think it was 20 (whatever the units are) as a max. Godiva cheesecake. it was great. highly recommend the pasta carbonara.
Do NOT recommend if you have celiacs. went for my daughters 21 bday and college graduation. after looking over ootions and discussing my needs with waitress I was not comfortable eating there. it was no biggie I just wanted to enjoy the event. the manager came over insisted on buying my dinner and after a couple bites I knew I was glutened. it ruined the night and whole next day. I would have been better off having a drink and enjoying the night. I will never go back! only reason it gets 1 star is bc I'm forced to choose between 1-5. Horrible!

The menu does say could have less than 20 parts per million. But everything was delicious and we felt great. Even have 1 type of gluten free cheesecake, if you are a chocolate lover!
Cheesecake is always safe for me.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
