I asked for something gluten free and explained the severity. The server said he understood and when he brought my food he even made a point to say they left off the breadcrumbs. I thought I was ok until I took a few bites and found the breadcrumbs were just stirred in to cover the mistake.
No
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Had over 70 items to choose from that were gluten free and one chocolate Godiva cheesecake. The tamale corn cakes are the jam!!
Yes
Items that are gf are marked on the menu “GF by request” and they have a great selection! We got the sweet corn tamale cakes for an appetizer, shepherds pie, and coffee & cream cheesecake, all gf! The other gf cheesecake option is the Godiva Chocolate cheesecake.
Be very careful here. They have items on their menu that are marked as gluten free even though they go in the same fryer with everything else. This might be a safe place for someone who is gluten sensitive but if you have celiac, I would steer clear.

I’ve only been here twice, on vacation one year apart. I’m pretty sure last time I didn’t have issues.
But the server said that they don’t have a dedicated fryer, so the offered gf fries are not really gf.
I kinda recall that it was the same the last time I was here, as I always get the same thing.

I ordered a ceasar salad, gluten free, no croutons. The salad came out and appeared to have no croutons, but once I started eating it, there were several at the bottom covered in dressing it was clear they had accidently made it with croutons, then picked them out, missing several. Do not eat here! They are not properly trained.

I went last night and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I ordered the tamale cakes and told the server I was GF due to allergy, not lifestyle. She made note and said she would like the kitchen know. When my food came out, I questioned again if it was GF, the server was not sure and took it back to the kitchen to confirm. I appreciated that he didn’t just say yes, but made sure. I felt fine after eating there and the tamale cakes were fantastic!

Menu has "GF upon request" marked on the menu.
Staff said the kitchen is a huge open cross contamination field and unless it was marked she wasn't sure.
I asked about having the Carbonara with the GF pasta and to check that they didn't use flour in the sauce.
She left and confirmed with the kitchen that "there was a modification in the computer to make it GF.
There isn't much in options. For app or desserts. Definitely nothing if cross contamination is an issue.
