DO NOT GO. I was assured 5 times my food was gluten free. It was not. Absolutely incompetent staff to let this happen. Do not trust them. The whole corporation has poor food quality management, and will ruin your evening and days to come with dread.

They have a separate fryer for gluten-free French fries! I checked and both the location on Topanga Blvd in the valley and the location in Thousand Oaks have dedicated fryers for French fries only. When I asked they did warn me that they can’t guarantee nothing else could ever accidentally get in the fryer because other stuff is nearby in the kitchen, but they said nothing breaded ever goes in that fryer. So I ate the fries and they were good and I didn’t get sick.
Also, if you order through doordash then some items (like the fries) have a button you can check that says “make it gluten-free”!

They are not celiac friendly. I asked for their gluten free salad and after having half salad I found a crouton. It happened twice so I decided not to go back
Yes
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I got a gluten free pasta dish. There was a noodle in there that was a completely different shape than the ones I ordered. I picked it out and thought I would be ok. So sick. :(
Very disappointed in their gluten free menu. Not a separate and distinct menu, just items noted can be made gluten free on request. Ordered a salad and learned when it was served the chicken breast had been eliminated because of the marinade. Unable to provide a plain unmarinated chicken breast. No protein option available.
Got horribly poisoned here and as much as I love Cheesecake Factory, I won't eat there again - it's just not worth it. I was halfway through my salad when I came across a few things that were definitely not supposed to be in there... it was then that I wondered about cc and sure enough I started getting sick on the way home and was ill for 8 days... Shame because I actually had a very knowledgable server who told me all about the cross contamination issues, that the broccoli is boiled in the pasta water for example - something I would never think about. We both figured a salad would be safe enough right? SO WRONG. If you are in the least bit sensitive do not eat here.
No
had an awesome waiter that was willing to check on items. cross contamination its very high. best bet go for the burger...the kitchen seems to know how to do that on right.
The Cheesecake Factory has recently launched a GF menu, not as big as their usual menu but gives you plenty of choices including burgers, salads, pasta, dessert, drinks & even some of the low-calorie items.
I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
