I went here on a work lunch. The server knew about cross contamination because I was asking about the side that comes with the omelette and she mentioned the potatoes are not safe for that reason. I ended up going with the Mexicali salad without the tortilla strips due to CC. When the food came out she announced mine was gluten free which reassured me. I don’t feel sick

They weren't very cautious and I only have an intolerance and it still made me sick

I'm reviewing the one in the Cambridgeside mall. They have a gf Godiva chocolate cheesecake which is really good. I think they have another gf cheesecake now too, it might be at the bottom of their showcase making it hard to find. I've gotten the Godiva cheesecake semi-frequently and never had any issues - you can let them know you have an allergy when you ask for it. I ate the actual meal food about twice and didn't have issues with that either. You are able to just walk in and order a slice of cheesecake to go, it is quick and convenient.

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I had a great time at TCF - there are many GF menu items to choose from! I wasn’t expecting such a diverse range of options so I was actually a little overwhelmed (not a bad thing!). Menu items that are are naturally GF or can be made as such are marked on the menu. My only disappointment was lack of gluten free cheesecake. I never expect desserts at restaurants to be gluten free but TCF had marketed they have several cheesecakes, however I only saw one on the menu and in the facility. Overall had an amazing experience with my friends despite long wait times. Staff was exceptional.
For a restaurant with such a large menu, the GF options are very limited and their servers and staff are not very knowledgeable. They do have GF buns, but the one my son had was still cold on the inside.
I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
