The Cheesecake Factory

All I got was Salmon and vegetables which was bland to begin with but then afterwards I had to deal with feeling awful. Crazy how you can mess up such a simple and flavorless meal but Cheesecake Factory managed to do it! Don’t go here if you have celiac. NOT safe.

I ordered gluten free four cheese pasta. After I had eaten half of the dish, I noticed there was a different shaped noodle mixed in and realized it had been cross contaminated. I was up all night in pain and DO NOT recommend eating here if you have a gluten allergy. I was very disappointed because I loved this restaurant before I found out I had Celiac disease.

Update July 2022: I got the same dish that I usually get but was bloated that night so got some cross contamination. I got an order to go so I feel I couldn’t explain my needs as much. Anyway be careful. Not as good as it used to be. Got the salmon and substituted green beans and got the mashed potatoes. Excellent. Got the Godiva cheesecake. Super yummy. I have had good experiences with Cheesecake factory’s across the country but I always make sure to be clear about needing gluten free and cross contamination. Always ask with cheesecake to use a clean spatula and wash hands first.

Found a huge gluten noodle in my “gluten free” pasta as well as a pea. Manager said this was definitely cross contamination. Currently waiting for the reaction. Never eating here again.

The menu incorporates gluten free items. Which is nice because you don’t have to ask for a separate menu.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Cheesecake Factory does not have a gluten free menu however they are happy to make you a gf option of whatever you'd like. With the exception of pizza and pasta.

There salads are great, burgers, grilled chicken, steaks. There french fries are gf too!!

I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.

There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
