In CA and NV this is a great place. This location however is not good at all, but either are any of the GF choices on my VA visit here. I ordered what I would normally order out west and there were remnants of onion rings (definitely wheat) in my fríes. Didn’t eat. Should warn that they don’t care about food allergies, may not take gf seriously or just may be too careless in the kitchen. The Americana burger was good but I am starting to get some symptoms of cross contamination. Otherwise I wouldn’t bad review.
No
Items are gluten free upon request and are mixed into the regular menu. Corn tortilla chips are not gluten free at this location because they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer but are working towards that.
Yes
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I let the server know I was gluten free - coeliac multiple times so she would get my order right and I confirmed with her again before my meals came out and she still gave me the gluten cheesecake instead of the gluten free one

I went here and ordered a gluten free burger and bun. The food came with a gluten bun. I sent it back as I noticed it wasn’t gluten free. I woke up sick as a dog for two days. If you’re sensitive don’t eat here. Even after the gluten free bun change I still got sick.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.
There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference
