The Cheesecake Factory

The first thing I told my server about was that I had celiacs disease and before I could explain anything she explained her sister also had celiac and she knew I couldn’t eat gluten. I explained to her about cross contamination and she assured me I would be great. I got nachos and she said they couldn’t put a kind of cheese on it and that they could only melt cheese. I was fine with it. Right after I ate them I felt sick. Come to find out, the chips are mixed with flour tortillas and corn tortillas. Please be careful if eating her.

Have eaten here multiple times safely. Separate fryer and staff is knowledgeable. Food quality is good, not great, but it’s to be expected from The Cheesecake Factory. One or two GF cheesecake options.

Staff was not understanding and would not check on ingredients. The wait to be seated was insane and the food took forever.

shocked at how many options there were. Also pleasantly surprised to learn that there are 2 fryers and fries and potatoes are cooked separately from the breaded items. 2 gluten free cheesecake options. My server cut my piece herself to avoid cross contamination. I haven't been here in more than 14 years and I am sure I will be back soon!

Been here many times and LOVED it. Have gluten free cheesecake and gluten free menu. Really good with other allergies as well, my sister has a nut allergy and they were very helpful. Great service as well

The manager said it would be 100% gluten free and me and my mom decided to share a pasta carbonara dish. It took forever to get there, and when a lady came with our meals, my aunt's plate of pizza was overlapping mine. I looked over it but, after I took five bites I discovered a piece of regular pasta in my gluten free pasta. I had a mini panic attack while my mom sorted it out. Manager didn't even come out to talk to us. I got a new dish of pasta, and we got our whole meal for free because of it. Felt sick the next morning. Never going to Cheesecake Factory ever again.

Fantastic menu with plenty of GF options for whatever you may be craving! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. They made sure to check everything and reassure me when bringing everything out that it was GF. The food delicious and the Godiva cheesecake was AMAZING!!

Great GF menu with much more than just salads - hamburgers, French fries, pasta, appetizers and even a delicious GF cheesecake option. YUM!

Awesome GF menu! Buns for burgers, lots of pasta dishes, appetizers and a few flavors of GF cheesecake. Very good pasta.

Was not bad but experience varies by server. We came twice as staying nearby... only on the 2nd visit did our server correct the misinformation from the first server.

There is NO dedicated fryer... it is shared oil. A lot of the staff are unclear of the difference

Tried to order a gluten free four cheese pasta for my Celiac daughter. When asked if they cook the pasta in separate water and use separate utensils, they said unfortunately they cook it in the same water as gluten pasta and they can’t use separate water. :(
