I’ve been here maybe 4 times, and got glutened once. Which is still a scary ratio that has me nervous to return

They have a good selection of gf foods and at the counter they have an allergy list including sauces. I did not get glutened.

Yummy Korean food and huge portions! This is a food truck tucked against a wall next to the post office. The posted menu tells you what’s gf, and there’s also a guide on the website. Lots of different options for bowls. Food was delicious and I didn’t get sick.

Inspired by Korean bbq, rice bowls and tacos, Kimchi fries, very gf friendly and delicious . Bowl builder changed gloves when I asked.

I had the soy glazed chicken and rice - I did not get any toppings because the staff uses their hands to place the toppings on the bowls after touching gluten. Cross contamination might be an issue if you’re a sensitive celiac. It was unclear whether the fried items were gluten free, and the staff was unsure, so I just got the rice and chicken. I did not get sick, but it was somewhat difficult to eat there - not very many options.
