This place offers protein bowls and more. I tried a protein bowl with their GF soy glazed chicken. They had rice options and japanese noodles as well. They have an allergen menu listing the items that are Gluten Free and more. The carrot ginger sauce was delicious. The lady switched her gloves for me and walked me through the ordering process.

Yummy Korean food and huge portions! This is a food truck tucked against a wall next to the post office. The posted menu tells you what’s gf, and there’s also a guide on the website. Lots of different options for bowls. Food was delicious and I didn’t get sick.

I had the soy glazed chicken and rice - I did not get any toppings because the staff uses their hands to place the toppings on the bowls after touching gluten. Cross contamination might be an issue if you’re a sensitive celiac. It was unclear whether the fried items were gluten free, and the staff was unsure, so I just got the rice and chicken. I did not get sick, but it was somewhat difficult to eat there - not very many options.
