I had the soy glazed chicken and rice - I did not get any toppings because the staff uses their hands to place the toppings on the bowls after touching gluten. Cross contamination might be an issue if you’re a sensitive celiac. It was unclear whether the fried items were gluten free, and the staff was unsure, so I just got the rice and chicken. I did not get sick, but it was somewhat difficult to eat there - not very many options.

Food was great and staff used a chart before answering any GF questions about food. Recommending!

Was assured the fries were gluten free, but they are not. They are fried in with the chicken. Very sick.

Great tasty food! Had no problems with their Soy Glazed Chicken, it’s clearly marked on the menu as GF. I made a custom bowl and followed their allergy guide that I found online through google. Overall I would recommend. I plan on going back.

I had a rice bowl with soy glazed chicken with ranch and cheese on top. Omg it was so amazingly good! I have Celiac and I didn’t feel sick at all after eating here.

Fabulous food, and friendly staff. There's a placard right at the beginning of the line listing all the items with an indication of whether or not it's GF. ( Most of them are!) You build your own rice bowl, noodle bowl, tacos or french fry dish by telling them what you want to include. It was so nice to feel like a normal person, and the food is delicious!
They have soy glaze chicken which is gf and amazing. The base for their bowls is rice or glass noodles both are gf.

Yummy Korean food and huge portions! This is a food truck tucked against a wall next to the post office. The posted menu tells you what’s gf, and there’s also a guide on the website. Lots of different options for bowls. Food was delicious and I didn’t get sick.

I’ve been here maybe 4 times, and got glutened once. Which is still a scary ratio that has me nervous to return
