The best gluten free bun I’ve had!
Culver’s is definitely the place I feel the safest to eat at. When I order and say no bun they ask if it’s and allergy and I am very allergic to wheat. So on the ticket they have allergy alert and what the allergy is. They have a gluten free bun that is in a separate packaging and they will put the burger or chicken in a box until you put the bun together. I would recommend Culver’s a thousand times.
This has been hit-and-miss but if I get a burger on a gluten free bun and cole slaw as a side, I don't have issues. Avoid the fries though as they do not use a dedicated fryer. They've recently changed their buns from Udi's to another brand. I'm not sure of the new brand but they are similar to the gluten-free buns at Red Robin. Their chili is also gluten free, and the cashew grilled chicken salad is pretty tasty! They definitely have enough options to eat here safely.

This Culver’s location is great! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and a septum sealed GF bun in its own package for their burgers! And they put on the receipt to make sure it was safe

Love Culver’s! I had to stop eating their fries because of cross contamination but I usually am fine eating a butter burger no bun. I have gotten sick once but I eat there quite often.

Staff had no idea what I meant when I said "celiac." *cue eyeroll* ugh. Then I asked if has a dedicated gf fryer & staff member said, "Ummmmm, let me check?" Already knew how this was going @ this point. Staff came back & reported no....so I bolted, bc no dedicated fryer & no idea what celiac or gluten is? No thank youuu! #notceliacsafe
