Amazing experience here! They are very careful and the food is so good.

There food Is so delicious. I always get fries and a hotdog in a bowl. Just make sure they put the fries in a separate bag so it won’t touch a cheese burger if someone else get that.

My daughter has just been diagnosed ... So going out to eat was new and scary. They are so wonderful . Reassuring ... Knowledgable and sweet. My daughter said look they changed there gloves for me. Amazing
I'm visiting from out of town and ordered lile I do at home. When I picked up my food I was a bit upset, my fries were in the same bag as my Mom's bunned burger. I didn't complain, just kind of did an 'oh' & frowned. The guy didn't say anything though. A few minutes later the manager (?) Forrest M. (according to the receipt) brought out more fries for me "because they didn't exactly follow the allergy." I feel like that was exceptionally good customer service on their end!
Tried Five Guys based on the previous reviews. Ordered online for takeout. I have to say that for a lettuce wrapped burger this was pretty good. A little greasy but otherwise good. I enjoyed the fries as well. This is a good option when everyone is getting a burger and I need someplace I can get one as well. Take out was pretty fast.
I have finaly gotten my life back, after discovering my glutten sensitivity problem.
I have finaly found a place I can go to and enjoy a hamburger and fries again.
They use peanut oil, and only fry fries, in their fryers.
I get their hamburges with cheese in a bowl loaded with extra pickles and lettuce and a mountain of fries.
I all so enjoy their free peanuts while I wait.
THANKS FIVE GUYS, PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER ITEM TO YOU DEEP FRYER.

Everything is gluten free except the buns. They were very friendly. I brought in my own bun and they placed it in foil to avoid contamination. They grabbed new utensils and a new container of mayo. They changed their gloves. The employees were very nice and made my day. I am so happy that I can have my favorite cheat treat and not feel like I'm high maintenance while ordering. A+++. Great service.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
