Don't know about gluten free training but if you tell them to change gloves and stress the importance they have no problem cross contamination they get it. I still watch them like a hawk when preparing though. Also only French fries in their fryer.
Yes
Got gluten cross contamination today!
Classic burger joint. Very gf and know what you are talking about they offer hamburgers wrapped in lettuce and their fries are gluten free. would give 5 stars but they are more expensive and in my opinion not as tasty as in n out burger or smashburger. I have eaten here a few times and have never gotten sick.

I have Celiac disease and fully trust Five Guys. Have always been safe and they are all trained to know what gluten free means. Safe and they do not cross contaminate.
Recently went and checked it out, hopeful after seeing all of the positive reviews. Nobody knew anything about gluten free items. Also did not have gf buns.
No
their pickles are NOT gluten free.
Love this place for a burger. They even have gluten free buns. Yea!

Dedicated meat grill. Only thing in the fryer is fries. Delicious and consistently GF. Been many times without a problem.
Super yummy! I've eaten here three times and did not get sick! Let them know it's an allergy and they will change their gloves. The fries are gluten free. And all of their shakes except the Oreo that go into the Oreo shakes are gluten free. However, I'm cautious with getting shakes here because they use the same machine for all the shakes. And of course oreo is their most popular. Lol.

A favorite location of ours - they always thoughtfully ask if our "no bun" request is preference or allergy, and the Burgers are cooked on a separate grill from where the buns are toasted.

This has been one of best places to go to since I found out I had Celiac. Their food is delicious, I can have all of their burgers in a bowl or lettuce rap and they have a dedicated frier. It's one of the few places I can get french fries, you can request a glove change by simply telling them you have an allergy.

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
