I work right across the street and stopped by one night afterwards. I have been to plenty of 5 guys before, and I don't know that any of them stack up to the crew that work here! I ordered a burger and asked for it to be put in the foil boat. Immediately the cashier asked if it was preference or allergy, and when I stated allergy she yelled it back to the rest of the group. Once the previous orders were done, EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. Of these employees (even the very nice guy handling the fries) took off their gloves, wiped down the surrounding areas, and replaced their gloves before putting my order together. And they all served with a smile! No bad reactions here. Absolutely love stopping in here!
Yes
I eat here often and have a lettuce wrapped burger and fries. Never had an issue.
Yes
I had not been there in years so I tried them to see if they’d improved. Got sick. Never going back.
No
No GF rolls. You can have your (greasy) burger in a lettuce wrap or in a tin. The burger prob would be good w a roll to absorb the grease, but is just greasy on its own.
Yes
Burgers are gluten-free without the bun. Designated fryer for fresh (not frozen) fries.
Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
