Our go-to for gf fast food. Gf fries made in a fryer used exclusively for fries - yay! Get your burger wrapped in lettuce or just no-bun.

They take extra precautions for allergies! Fryer only has hand cut potatoes in it so fries are gluten free, very greasy but delicious!

When you place an "allergy order" they call it out to everyone working and designate one person to handle your food with fresh gloves. Order a burger in a bowl or lettuce wrapped, the bowl is less messy. This location doesn't offer gluten free buns unfortunately. Fries and plain milkshakes are safe. I go here all the time and have never gotten sick.

They have a dedicated fryer, only for French fries (nothing else is fried). They do not have any gluten free buns, but will make your burger as a lettuce wrap. They will also mark your order as a gluten allergy and change gloves, equipment, etc…

There is always a small risk of cross contamination at a Five Guys because of the employees' gloves touching gluten but nevertheless it is my go-to for fast food and I don't think it's ever made me sick. The only gluten-free thing is the fries, but they're delicious, filling and the only gluten-free fast food fries from any chain I'm aware of.
