Awesome service brought in a GF bun and they toasted it for me on foil to avoid contamination. Pulled out a separate jar of mayo and new utensils to spread. They knew exactly what to do and were very happy to accommodate. A++ rating. Love the service and I am glad I can still enjoy a great burger from my favorite place.

I eat at this location, and want to say kudos to the staff for always providing superb customer service, and being super attentive to our gluten free allergies. Blessings to you and enjoy your next burger and fries!

While they are not certified gluten free they are conscious about your request. They will make you s lettuce wrap for your burger and mark it accordingly. I did contact the company about getting gluten free buns as an option. Please see below their reply: Thank you for taking the time to reach out to Five Guys. We have received your suggestion about adding a gluten free bun to our menu. Your enthusiasm for our brand means the world to us! Currently, we are not planning to add any additional items to our menu which includes a gluten free bun alternative. This is because the bread we serve is a signature to our brand and consists of the same secret recipe we have been using since we started out almost 30 years ago. Simply put, we have yet to find a gluten free bun we feel meets the flavor of our burgers, dogs, and sandwiches. However, I will certainly pass this along to the person who oversees menu development as we greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We'll continue searching for a perfect gluten free bun for Five Guys! We'd like you to know that we actually suggest bringing your favorite gluten free bun with you as our bun-less options make for a simple transfer though due to safety concerns please note we are unable to prepare your meal using this bun. While we do all we can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross contamination. Be sure to use caution! For your convenience our kitchens are always kept open so you may watch your food being prepared. Feel free to let us know if you ever have further questions or ooncerns. Thank you for your interest in Five Guys! We're so glad to have you as our customer! Victoria Cerminaro Customer Relations Coordinator While they are not seeking any menu updates right now they are forwarding our request. Maybe if more people send inquiries using the website they would consider filling our request. In any event they responded in a timely manner and were very polite in their email reply. I will keep returning along with my own bun. Blessings to you all!

Excellent service. Great fries. Dedicated firers because that is all that goes in any of them - no worries about chicken nuggets or breaded fish patties in there. Generous serving sizes too. Great burger served on lettuce wrap. Better tasting patty than other fast food joints, or even some other sit down chains.

They can make a lettuce wrap out of any of their burgers, BLT and veggie sandwich. Their fries are fried in peanut oil and they do not understand gluten free- no glove changing or contamination free area. Heck I even ordered a bun free sandwich once and got a bun and blank stare from the server when I asked why. Eat at your own risk I've had good and bad experiences there I'm gluten free due to IBS and my last meal there gave me issues.

I find it best to order the burger in a bowl and fries! They give you plenty! Add the sides/toppings to the burger bowl of you like! One tip- don't eat the mayo if gluten sensitive. I have found bread crumbs in it a few times. Food is great!
