Exhausted from our cross-country road trip, I was a little out of it when I went in to order takeout at 9:30pm. The staff was friendly, patient, and helpful, and really knowledgeable about gluten-free. They were careful to separate my order from my boyfriend's gluten-y order. I had a cheeseburger without a lettuce wrap, fries, and a chocolate shake. They were good (although pricey -- I'm used to In&Out), and I didn't have any issues.

My daughter has celiac and they were willing to change gloves and take necessary precautions when preparing her food. We got her a plain cheeseburger and put it on our own GF bun. Fries were GF. They were helpful.

No reaction. Very pleased. Food was tasty

This location asks allergy or dietary when you order a lettuce wrap or bowl (without bun) for your burger. One person prepared my burger bowl start to finish without touching anything else. (They also changed their gloves before starting.) My husband was with me who eats gluten. They put his burger in a separate bag from mine. We also got a large fry to share and they put those in a separate bag too so his burger would not contaminate them. (Five Guys only fries fries, so there is no cross contamination in the fryer which is a nice treat!) I was very impressed with their food handling and my lunch was delicious!

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
