I know that this place has great reviews but I got SO SICK from this location. I’ve gone to the one in moore before and was fine but not at this one. I don’t know if the 2 guys working just didn’t understand cross contamination or what. Pretty sure they used the same spatula on my burger as this did on the buns. 0/10 would not recommend. 😭

One of my favorite go-to burgers joints. Fries are fresh cut, amazing and cooked in a dedicated fryer. When I order my burger without a bun, they ask if I want it as a lettuce wrap or in a bowl, and they sometimes proactively ask if it’s “preference or allergy”. If you tell them it’s for an allergy they immediately communicate it to the person cooking the burger and they know what to do. It’s very choreographed. Expensive for a “fast food” burger, but worth it. I’ve never asked if they have gluten free buns because I’ve never liked the taste of fake bread, and it’s been so long since I’ve had real bread that I’ve forgotten how it tastes. They say that only things on their menu that contains gluten are the hamburger buns and hot dog buns.

Great experience eating gluten free. David and Dusty went to great lengths to prevent cross-contamination. They changed their gloves several times, used mustard packets instead of the main bottle, opened a new jar of pickles from the back, separated my order from my husband’s, etc.

They are expensive, but they seem to be very safe. I really like the fries, and the burgers are pretty good. Only thing with gluten are the buns, and they offer a lettuce wrap or bowl instead.

Very good about asking if allergy or preference. Just order no bun and you’ll be good!

Dedicated fryer. No gluten free buns but you can get your burger or hotdog in a bowl. Always good!

I have eaten at serval of the restaurants and have never had any problems. Was visiting in Oklahoma and ate at this one. I got sick after eating at this one. I would say eat at our own risk.
Yes
Good food and knowledgeable about gluten-free. Tell the order taker that you require gluten-free because of allergy and he/she tells the cooks. You have a choice of a bowl or a lettuce wrap, but no bun. Fries are gluten-free.
Yes
Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.
