They were very aware of dietary restrictions and allergies, and even gave me an extra fry to make sure they were not contaminated! Excellent service and good food.

They took my order and immediately let everyone know that an allergy meal coming through. They brought the ingredient binder out when I had a question about the milkshakes. Ordered lettuce wrapped burger, fries, and chocolate milkshake. I didn't get sick. It's nice to have the option of a quicker meal when out.

The manager, Larry, has always been incredible about making sure I am safe! The entire staff is aware of allergy protocol and they even now change their gloves as soon as they see us walk through the door (we eat here too much... Can you tell!?) Just always check your order before you leave if you have a dairy intolerance as they seem a little cheese-happy at this location!

Celiac friendly?

So you obviously order without any bread. When I told the order taker I had an allergy and no bread, they did a great job notifying the line. They frequently changed gloves, pulled from new bins for toppings (it was a plain burger with lettuce wrap). The only cross contamination risk I saw was the bacon used sits in one big basket. The server did reach down to the bottom of the bin. Fries were heaven for my daughter. I felt very comfortable with letting my celiac daughter eat out for the first time in months. It helps that you can watch them cook and assemble everything.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.
