UPDATE: I have returned here numerous times and ordered lettuce wrapped little bacon burger w/tomatoes, pickles, mushrooms and green bell peppers. Haven't ordered fries due to nut allergen, and I have not gotten sick at all. They are very aware of how to prepare gluten-free orders at this location.
Told the cashier I can't eat gluten, and my meal needs to be prepared with safe handling. She told me she never heard of this allergen and asked her manager who happened to be nearby. The manager was knowledgeable and told me who will be preparing my meal. The cook changed her gloves as the cashier took my order. I ordered a lettuce wrapped little burger and little fries. Since I'm also dairy-free and nut-free, I really wanted fries and I know they use peanut oil to cook their fries, I won't order the fries again eventhough they were fresh and soooooo good. The only reaction I did notice, I was a little bloated after the meal which I know was the peanut oil. Overall I felt fine.
Yes
Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.

April 26, 2014. These guys handle the 'Allergy burger' very well. Ask for it by that name, they'll know how to treat your food prep. They have a dedicated frier and make a mean lettuce wrapped burger. I always order extra lettuce and they don't fall apart. I never have an issue with cross-contamination at this chain.

They were so careful when preparing my burger and french fries. They do not have gluten free buns. The fries are safe to eat. I order a burger without a bun and bring in my own bun.

Ordered burger with no bun. Guy was helpful in answering questions. They hard a list of ingredients for different sauces. And marked it was for allergy on the order.
