They aren’t careful, even though they have separate “allergen skillets”. What they don’t tell you is that they don’t clean the allergen skillets between uses. So unless your allergen is the same as the person before you it is absolutely not safe. My “cooked separately in an allergen skillet” meal came out with someone else’s ingredients that were left over in the cooking surface. Unsafe for Celiac

Can you eat safely here? Yes. But the food is overpriced and not good.
My food was to be prepared separately and I am so sick from eating here
No
They tried to accommodate me but there was a lot of cross contamination and I ended up getting really sick. With the set up of the buffet it would be very hard to avoid things containing gluten from getting into other areas.

Have been our fave for many years! Highly recommend it if you have not been there before. Very accommodating staff!!
I've ate there a few times and never had a problem. However on my last visit I noticed that one of the sauces that was gluten free was placed in the front of other sauces that was not. I tried explaining cross-contamination issues with this to the manager and she acted like she didn't care and she didn't move the sauce to the back so I don't know if I would feel safe eating there again. Which it's too bad because they used to have a manager that cared about people with food allergies.
I go there often and they are more than happy to accommodate. They have an increasing variety of gluten-free sauces and cook your food in a separate place, so long as you indicate an allergy with the white stick. The variety of vegetables, rice and rice noodles, meats and sauces, means that there is plenty of variety, even for someone with celiac!
First visit, staff was very helpful and made a trip to the back to ensure I had gluten free, unmarinated beef. Will be back!
My friend took us here and I didn’t get sick at all—but I felt quite nervous. You make your own bowls “salad bar/buffet” style which is a recipe for cross-contamination. (And nothing is labeled for gluten at the bar or on the physical menu either). When they stir-fried my ingredients I had a small allergen stick that directed them to cook it on a clean, separate surface and I’m sure that’s what happened. The real concern is the buffet setup.

Even the manager couldn't tell me what protocol they had in place to try and prevent cross contamination, and told me it wasn't safe for me to eat there. Everything was made from a buffet, and ingredients were spilled and splashed everywhere. Would not recommend.

I ordered the make your own bowl where you basically add ingredients to your bowl from a buffet line of ingredients. After that, if you want proteins or meats, they add an allergy tag and cook that in a separate area. I have celiac and feel pretty safe.

Staff was knowledgeable about what had gluten. Only one sauce contains wheat supposedly. Had a way to mark your order so it was made in a separate clean spot. Rice noodles and white rice available plusses of meats and veggies.

I have eaten here quite a few times and had it go just fine. Whoever the male manager is with the ponytail really dropped the ball. He was combative and argumentative when we asked why there was no gluten free teriyaki anymore. At which point he told us the teriyaki is gluten free. It was not labeled that way and other things are specifically labelled gluten free. As I ate my food, I stumbled across things that I did not put into my bowl, which means it was cooked on the main grill with the rest of the things - bread, sauces, noodles. I did mark it with an allergy stick so it must have been ignored. This used to be a decently safe place for me, not any more.
