I have eaten here quite a few times and had it go just fine. Whoever the male manager is with the ponytail really dropped the ball. He was combative and argumentative when we asked why there was no gluten free teriyaki anymore. At which point he told us the teriyaki is gluten free. It was not labeled that way and other things are specifically labelled gluten free. As I ate my food, I stumbled across things that I did not put into my bowl, which means it was cooked on the main grill with the rest of the things - bread, sauces, noodles. I did mark it with an allergy stick so it must have been ignored. This used to be a decently safe place for me, not any more.

Best place I have ever ate. I never have to worry when I eat here. Best waitresses too. Brandi and Bobbi are the best and follow my order to completion. Jordan on the grill is very gluten aware. I love this place!!

My friend took us here and I didn’t get sick at all—but I felt quite nervous. You make your own bowls “salad bar/buffet” style which is a recipe for cross-contamination. (And nothing is labeled for gluten at the bar or on the physical menu either). When they stir-fried my ingredients I had a small allergen stick that directed them to cook it on a clean, separate surface and I’m sure that’s what happened. The real concern is the buffet setup.

Even the manager couldn't tell me what protocol they had in place to try and prevent cross contamination, and told me it wasn't safe for me to eat there. Everything was made from a buffet, and ingredients were spilled and splashed everywhere. Would not recommend.

I ordered the make your own bowl where you basically add ingredients to your bowl from a buffet line of ingredients. After that, if you want proteins or meats, they add an allergy tag and cook that in a separate area. I have celiac and feel pretty safe.

Staff was knowledgeable about what had gluten. Only one sauce contains wheat supposedly. Had a way to mark your order so it was made in a separate clean spot. Rice noodles and white rice available plusses of meats and veggies.
