I spoke with the manager today who told me they do have procedures in place to avoid cross contamination.
I got a Burrito Bowl which is a burrito minus the tortilla. I got the white rice, cheese, refried beans, chips, and queso all of which were GF. However, I got the steak and didn't check to see if it was GF because I assumed it was. But it is not gluten free. Still, as long as you are careful this is a great place to eat! Very yummy!
Yes
I visited the Evans Rd @ 1604 location and ordered a salad, and when I asked which dressings were GF, the manager had no idea. He said they didn't have a list, and what info they did have wasn't something he could show me because it had the ingredient list on it. (Imagine that... Telling the customer what's IN the food!! Gasp!) It's confidential. So, he had to go call another manager to find out. No glove changing, special attention, or knowledge at all. The food is good, but the CC and lack of info should scare away anyone who is really sensitive.
Love this food and love these people. The music is a bit too loud for my taste, but the outside dining is pleasant.
The management here has gone down completely. No one knows what gluten is and I watched them cross contaminate every single thing on the serving bar today a guy with gloves on that it just touched the tortilla grabbed the chicken that had fallen all over the line and put it back with his hands. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE CELIAC.

They couldn't understand that I needed clean gloves. In fact, everytime I said I need fresh gloves. I'm gluten-free. They tried to give me a low Carp tortilla but when I asked if it was gluten-free, they didn't know. They finally were able to determine which products were gluten-free. And then proceeded to give me cheese by reaching into the container as opposed to using the spoon. So there is quite a bit of cross-contamination. At this location, it's went downhill.

Daughter is celiac. We have been many times and they have an allergy chart posted for them to see. Only chicken is GF (other meats are not) but my daughter loves it in a bowl! They washed hands and changed gloves. She has not have any symptoms of being glutened.
I asked for the gluten-free menu and ordered chicken on salad. I still got glutened. I suspect that they prepare all the food on the same surface. The employees seemed pretty clueless about what gluten intolerance means.
