Ordered the chile verde bowl with chicken, sweet potato fries, and agave lemonade. informed cashier of gluten allergy, and they said the chefs will change their gloves and they have a separate fryer for gluten free items. seems pretty safe but will update if there’s a reaction.

I feel fairly confident with this place. They recently started frying things that are not gluten free but on their website they even say "not gluten free" next to those items.

I got one of the rice bowls and it was really good. Ate it yesterday for dinner and I am still not sick so no cross contamination! Woohoo!

2023 update: They now offer some non-GF fried items. However, I spoke with the owner and they’ve decided to devote a fryer to gluten free, as well as continuing to use celiac-safe preparation in other parts of the kitchen.

They know Celiac and what precautions to take. I got the Chicken Ranch Wrap and Sweet Potato Fries which were both good. Dedicated fryer and all sides are gf. Almost everything on the menu is either already gf or can be made gf easily. All sauces are gf too. Highly recommend.

You are in good hands here!! They’ll change their gloves, clean off the grill, clearly mark it’s gluten free. I come here OFTEN and have never had an issue and the staff is so friendly about making the accommodation!

Excellent food! How great to be able to eat a delicious wrap. I haven't had a wrap in years. The Caesar salad wrap was really good and filling!

Fantastic food!! I was blown away by all my gluten free options and they have signs on the registers reminding their patrons to notify them of an allergy so they take extra care with it. I ordered a Greek chicken flatbread and a chocolate chip cookie for dessert, all gluten free and all delicious. I highly recommend and will be back

What a fun little treasure! Vegan but soy free friendly as well. Menu is clearly marked with gf. The Cali char burger is LIFE. It's a bit too messy as well but a pile of chili lime popcorn soaks that up. The crispy chick peas have a fun but not overbearing flavor and for dessert they have a pb and J parfait. HEAVEN!!!!!!

Never been glutened and their BBQ pork paninis are KEY. They totally understand cross contamination and offer so many GF options. My friends weren't too impressed with the salad but WHO ARE YOU KIDDING, JUST ORDER THE GF PANINI, CELIAC!

Staff are superficial; promised to change gloves and did not; cooks are low level and had an attitude - this place does not have quality control primarily because their staff - the non-English speaking cooks do not seem to care nor understand what GF for celiacs means. What was perplexing is the assurance given by the two extremely nice young ladies at the front taking the orders that they will change gloves and prepare in a safe environment and to actually see that the cooks did not. Extremely disappointing. When confronted, the front end girl insisted from Ben the backend, no-clue, high attitude cook that he change gloves which he made a big show of doing. One gal them stayed to look on and ensure the process was GF compliant; Kathy the front end girl was extremely gracious and apologized for the cook. The food was very tasty, especially the GF steak bowl and pulled pork flatbread melt. The deserts are from the dedicated gluten free bakery in Costa Mesa called the Royal Eatery. If the management were to invest in training the cooks more stringently, this place would be a 6/5.

We eat here at least once a week. Owners mom has celiac and they train all their staff on cross-contamination. Never had an problem. Like all restaurants, some items taste better than others. Try Poke Bowl or Steak Chili verde bowl, both are very good!

This place was a bit of a disappointment. Gluten safety-wise, I recommend this place, since the staff assured us that our meal was prepared to be gluten-free, which I appreciate as a celiac. However, the food did not live up to my expectations. I ordered a BBQ Crispy Tofu Bowl, since I choose to be a vegetarian, and a cupcake for dessert. The tofu was lacking flavor, and overall I wish the food had had more BBQ sauce, as it was a bit dry. The cupcake was pretty nice.

I love this place! I'm gluten and dairy free and they are so accommodating. I've never gotten sick and have eaten here countless times. Their food is affordable and amazing. Can't say enough great things about it. I recommend it to everyone I know, but especially to my other gf friends. The owner's mom is celiac so he totally gets it!

Talked with owner before ordering and he explained how they are 95% gluten free and they understand and cater to dietary restrictions...we had the breakfast burrito and a Thai Rice Bowl...the tortilla was out of this world...was just like a flour tortilla without the gluten! Amazing flavor and texture. This is a great place for a celiac to eat and feel safe.

So stoked to find gluten free, dairy free AND vegan options available! The manager waited on us, was very knowledgeable about each dish. And very fun. One star deduction because the fish tacos were just okay. But the crispy chickpeas were amazing! A fantastic French fry alternative, perfectly crispy and just salty enough.

We stopped here for lunch yesterday on our way from San Clemente to San Jacinto. We were not disappointed! We found Green Tomatoes here on find me gluten free. I am extremely sensitive and become ill very quickly with the least bit of cross contamination. Since we were doing a lot of driving and going to celebrate our grandson's first birthday getting sick was not an option. My husband and I both loved our meals. The selection for me was very large and I even got to have fried green tomatoes, such a treat. The food was fresh and flavorful and the service was speedy for a made to order place. Now my only complaint is, why don't you have a store in South Orange County? We will definitely stop here again.

I thought this place was delicious with so many gluten free options. And gluten free fried green tomatoes! I have never even had them before. THE BEST Wedding cake cookie I have ever had. They have so many sauces for dipping and we tried about 4 of them and we found them a little lacking in flavor.

I love love love this place! There are so many GF options! Almost everything on their menu is GF. All their dressings are GF too. They really pay attention to detail and the staff is so nice there. I have also have a soy allergy and I can have only the Poke Bowl there and I modify it and they are so good about it! it's so yummy and I trust them with my dining needs! Be sure to check them out!
