My husband and I ate at this restaurant 2 times in the last month and we both enjoyed it. I didn’t get sick, which means they were careful in preparing my food. Just wish they could use “healthier” oils like olive, coconut, or avocado instead of canola which is an unhealthy, inflammatory seed oil.

Entire establishment is focused on healthy food and fully aware of gluten issues. My wife and enjoy two wonderful entrees and some fries topped with black beans, cheese, and jalapeños. Grey stuff!

I felt comfortable eating here. I spoke with the server ahead of time to figure out what I could eat.

Tons of gluten free options. We don’t usually do vegetarian but we all found delicious options. Buffalo cauliflower tacos, pizza, crispy Brussel sprouts, tostada salad with tofu chorizo.

There are GF options. If you also have a soy allergy you have less options. They also use canola oil. I just had a small salad. It was good. My waitress did bring me a dressing I couldn’t have but I caught it
We stopped and got cookies for a quick desert. Snickerdoodle cookie was amazing and the carrot cake oatmeal cream pie was to die for!

This restaurant does NOT have truly gluten-free food. They serve food that was once naturally 'gluten free,' until they placed it onto surfaces that are absolutely, consistently exposed to gluten. Lots of it! Forgive me, for I'm rating this poorly based strictly upon my dissatisfaction over the fact that I was misinformed by staff when I called ahead to inquire as to whether or not their 'gluten free' food is safe for celiacs. I didn't want to waste the gas and time to drive out there if it wasn't. The woman on the phone told me it is. It is NOT, as I was fortunately informed by the kind and knowledgeable waitress as well as the apologetic chef. This cost me a great amount of quality time spent with some vegan friends who were visiting from many hours away. WHY OFFER 'GLUTEN FREE' FOOD THAT YOU TURN AROUND AND EXPOSE TO GLUTEN, THEREBY RENDERING IT INEDIBLE BY THOSE OF US (with Celiac or NCGS) WHOSE DISEASE IS THE VERY REASON "EATING GLUTEN-FREE" IS EVEN A CURRENT TREND? (Insert huge slap in the face)
Note: I used to frequent this restaurant prior to receiving my celiac diagnosis. I won't take away from the friendliness of the staff or the quality of their food. They are bit too pricey, but good. JUST DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC... Remember: it only takes about 1/75th to 1/100th of a slice of bread to cause 6-18 months of intestinal damage. Is one meal worth the risk?
No
Loved it when I visited laat year. Didnt get sick.
Amazing GF bread and a fairly clean fryer, I always enjoy eating here and as a very sensitive Celiac I only have very mild after effects, if any.
Yum!!!

Great raw GF options. Enjoyed. No after effects.
I had heard rave reviews about this place, but found the food to be a bit ho-hum. Probably won't be back with all your other options in Asheville.
The hummus is fantastic but changes nightly. I also had the artichoke dip which is wonderful!! My server was very attentive and offered wonderful suggestions to accommodate. Will come back!!

Loved the zucchini manicotti!
Fresh amazing selections gf, cf and vegan. Love it!
Very few GF options. No separate fryer for "gluten-free" fries. Very good vegetarian food, but I wouldn't go back if you have celiac disease.
