I have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. Allergen info for dressings is visibly posted. Many soups are gluten free. I feel very safe eating here.

Great salads with plenty of options. Dressings are clearly labeled . (Would suggest the red pepper one)
In regards to the previous review, there aren't very many gluten ingredients to have cross contamination. Obviously it's possible, but unless you are hyper sensitive, you should be fine. (Do any restaurants really "guarantee" you won't have issues?) My sister and I (both celiacs) had no problems.
Yes
I had trusted Mad Greens in the past. Yesterday I was told by the Mad Greens employee at different location that there is no chance of me eating there without getting sick. "We make no guarantees regarding gluten because there are no controls in our food prep. We use the same cutting boards and knives to cut bread and vegetables without washing in between. Even if that cutting board was washed, we work side-by-side with gluten containing ingredients. All vegetables have probably been exposed to gluten, even those in the bins that have not been put on the line yet. It would be safer if you don't eat here." So, I walked out. I do not understand how anything can say gluten free if there are no controls. That employee scared me out of the restaurant.

I have bad celiacs I informed the gal and she was awesome got all my toppings and even salad from New cobtainers. I was super impressed and my salad was huge even though I just ordered a regular. she was super sweet and I was happy wasn't treated rude and she got new so no contamination

I found the mad greens staff to be extremely friendly and helpful and it is easy to order according to individual dietary needs
Yes
Very over priced and unfriendly toward questions. Just trying to order is a nightmare, even though the menu is labeled. They look at you like you are crazy for even asking how to order gluten free. Great concept, but too much risk of cross contamination for this Celiac.
No
Use caution - it's one of those chains that labels a lot of the protein and dressing options as GF when they still aren't safe for celiacs. Staff is transitory, so don't expect them to know what gluten is, you'll get questionable answers, e.g. ask how the chicken is prepared instead. I also worry about cross contamination from the toppings set up. The dressing chart is handy as it shows lots of allergy aware info.
Very disappointing. Although they do give you gluten free options it is very overpriced and small portions of salads. I ordered a pre-made PBJ for my son that was actually rotten! Better off going to Spoons just a block away!!!
Tasty! Menu is very clear on GF choices. Celiacs need not worry!
Great salads and easy to eat GF
I eat at two different Denver locations and have had no problems. The menu is clearly marked and the food is amazing!

Staff was helpful, everything was clearly marked. He used a new scoop and fresh not used ingredients from the back to avoid cross contamination. Tasty!

Delicious (cold) salads made for you Can make your own selections or order a prepared salad (Ty Cobb, Edgar Allen Poe, etc.). Salad dressings are marked GF but prepared selections are not. One server was GF knowledgeable; the other was not.

This place is so good! We go 2-3 times a month. It was the first place I went after getting diagnosed.
All the seasonings and dressings are clearly labeled, and there’s SO MANY gluten free options. Very few items along the line even have gluten, so there’s very little risk of cross contamination. The staff is great about taking precautions. The southwestern Caesar is my husband’s favorite, and I alternate between the Pomona and Edgar Allen Poe. The dressing is so addictive that I had to get some for my house.
