Manager (Shanna) had outstanding command of the menu and what could be made GF. Unbelievable Spinach Salad appetizer w/ bacon, roasted peppers, pine nuts, and vinegarette dressing. GF Chicken Saltimbuca made with BAKED Bacon. Great GF pasta (corn based) with a hearty meat sauce. Place is busy but management is top notch. A great GF family experience.
Had dinner there for the first time last night after the #gfafexpo. This was by far the best customer service and care we have gotten at a restaurant since being diagnosed with celiac. Also want to thank the manager Shanna Green she was amazing!!! Will definitely be coming back here when in town.
Chef will come to table for allergies, just ask your server. Many options including pasta. Great food and great service!
In town for the Blade Show with my husband. Attended a dinner at this restaurant. Contacted them in advance and was assured they take food allergies very seriously, asked for my name and said they'd make sure the chef came out to talk to me that evening. Chef did talk to me, personally took my order and brought my food out to me. My meal may have been better than everyone else's! Great experience start to finish.
Called them to inquire about the gluten free capability and the were quick to inform me how accommodating they are with GF issues, the chef come out to greet you personally to discuss what your needs are and what choices you have. Great food, gluten free pasta was my choice. They need some gluten free breads but still great experience. Bad thing...the take home pasta they give, covered in cheese, not sure what they were thinking since my original order was perfect...must have just ignored the allergy ticket.
The absolute BEST allergy friendly restaurant!! The chef came out and talked to me to reassure me that there was no cross contamination and everyone is well trained. The food is excellent!

What a great place! The staff is very knowledgeable about celiac -- even asked if I have celiac or gluten intolerance! The Executive Chef came out and talked to me himself, making some recommendations for my meal, as well as assuring me he would be preparing my.meal himself to make sure I was safe. A little pricy, and definitely a "dining" experience (2.5 hours for dinner). Very, very good. Could not recommend more highly for a great meal!
Wow, very attentive staff! The executive chef came out to take my order. They have GF chips they bring out at the same time as the complimentary bread for the others. Usually I stare longingly during this part of the meal but the chips were a lovely distraction. Maggiano's also also has lots of GF options and a delicious GF pasta.
Chef George came out and personally assured me he could make me whatever I wanted and also explained the "lighter offerings" menu too. He said he could do bruschetta on zucchini, had a good pasta and he omitted croutons from salad. Everything was excellent he came back out to check on us and I truly dined with confidence.
Wow! This place is great, cool atmosphere. My first time to go to an Italian place since diagnosed 3 years ago. The chef came out to talk to me about gluten free and explained my options and how they prepare it. I had the GF pasta rigatoni D, which was delicious! My husband got the GF lobster carbonara which was super amazing. My daughter got chicks size GF pasta with Alfredo sauce and said it was the best pasta she's ever had! No reaction to the food and our waitress was great!!
We ate here for the second time after a great first experience. Tonight there was an issue with my GF pasta dish being overly salted so our server, Brendan, took it back and had another made. Unfortunately that was also so salty I couldn't eat it. The manager, Jeff, was so wonderful. He apologized and had the dish removed from the check. Unbeknownst to me, Jeff spent several minutes in the kitchen tasting each ingredient in the dish to find the source of the problem. Jeff surprised me with a third entree which was perfect. Jeff and Brendan went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. It is difficult to eat out as a Celiac. Finding a restaurant that accommodates my needs is always greatly appreciated, but what Jeff did to make sure I had a great experience went above and beyond. The Maggianos organization should be proud to have him as a manger.
The food here was so DELICIOUS! I do give an A for effort. The wait staff was wonderful. The sous chef did come to the table, assured that best effort would be made to avoid gluten and made me a special dish using the gluten free pasta. However, tonight I am sick as a dog. Something just didn't go as expected and I'm glad that the food was good so that way it makes it a little worth the sickness. I'm in so much pain right now and this will take a while to get over. *GLUTENED* to the max!
Upon hearing celiac, the server brought the chef to the table to discuss options. The chef was very helpful when discussing options, and brought the salads and entrées to the table himself. Their corn/rice based pasta was delicious, as was the creme brûlée. This was one of our best dining experiences. We'll definitely be back.
They used to have INCREDIBLE gluten free bread, but when I was there last month, the rolls were different; they were dry and fell apart when trying to eat them. It was still a nice experience, but I was disappointed that they down-graded their bread.
There was no gluten free menu, but I was able to talk to the chef and ordered gluten free penne with alfredo sauce. It was very delicious, and the service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend it
5 stars for attentiveness of staff. The chef came out to talk to me personally. Not a ton of options but food was good and I felt safe eating there.

I have been to Maggiano's across the country and love them. The one here in King of Prussia, PA, was horrible. Not so much from a GF perspective but in general. This is the first one that the Chef did not come out to talk to me about my GF order, Red Flag #1. The rest of my review is about general restaurant presentation and cleanliness. The bread plates were very oily and didn't appear to have be washed from previous usage. The wine glasses did not look clean with one having lipstick on it. One person in our group ordered beer and it was flat, just like a previous visit for him a coupe months before. The service was horrible. Granted they claimed there was a 40 person party on the deck but then they should have gotten help from restaurant wait staff for the bar where we were. We had to ask for the flat beer at least 6 times and my green beans twice before they were brought to the table. My bean arrived after I was done eating my entre. This place was horrible and its cleanliness is questionable. Maggiano's is good but not this one. Don't go to KOP for this restaurant.
I have Celiac Disease & as soon as I notified my waiter, he sent the Chef out to our table & he personally took my order. Assuring me that they use proper cooking techniques & that all of the pasta sauces are made without any gluten containing ingredients. I was impressed by that! The gluten free penne was cooked perfectly & the Alfredo sauce was delicious. & I didn't get glutened! The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because the service otherwise was just so-so & the chicken was very dry. However, I'm glad I found a pasta place that caters to dietary restrictions!
I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease, and I have been finding it difficult to find foods that I previously enjoyed gluten free. When I mentioned to the waiter that I had a gluten allergy the chef personally came out to my table and told me all the different options they can do. He was able to take a pasta dish I previously loved and make it 100% gluten free and it was absolutely delicious. I wasn't even able to tell the difference between the regular noodles and the gluten free ones! Maggianos is differently celiac friendly!
the waitress brought the chef over and we talked about the options and he assured me everything would be handled separately so I was hopeful. Unfortunately when we got our food it our GF pasta was mixed with wheat pasta. the manager was very apologetic but that didn't help, damage done
Great GF Italian food in restaurant or to go. GF pasta and sauces are definitely some of the best I have ever had (they are so good that even non-allergic people will eat them and say they are good). I have eaten here multiple times and have never had a reaction. Highly recommended.

Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the gluten-free pasta. Chef Matt came to our table to let me know that he was taking extra care when preparing my dish, and asked if I had any questions. Food was wonderful and service was way above average. Can't wait to return.
After confirming good cross contamination procedures, I ordered gluten free pasta. I found a strand of regular spaghetti in my gluten free rigatoni. They assured me it was a fluke and someone made a mistake, but buyer beware.
Best place to eat with food allergies, wonderful food and large portions. They make everything from scratch and the chef checks with you to make sure everything is correct as ordered.
This place is awesome. They are so accommodating. Very very nice people. The pasta is to die for!!!!! Don't know about these bad reviews. The chef always comes to our table & have had no problems.
They retrained their staff on allergies. So now the manager personally takes your order and the chef comes out to speak with you as well! The food is also amazing! I had raviolis for the first time in years thanks to Maggianos and they were so yummy! We love it here!
Received very good customer service. The Chef came to the table to take the gluten-fee order for our daughter who has celiacs disease. The waitress and staff were excellent and we had no issues with cross contamination.
Chef came out and talked to us about GF options. Staff brought out hot, and really good, GF rolls. Great lunch!
my coworkers and I had lunch to go today. I called and ordered the chicken rustic. when I got there i doubled checked my order and the guy said that it was gluten free. I ate my lunch and afterwards I had an upset stomach with cramping. I went all day feeling horrible, needless to say this will be my last time there.

I have celiac disease and my only did the manager walk me through my options and give me details about safe preparation, the chef also came out and did the same. Great staff, WONDERFUL food. Definitely recommend it

This is one of our favorites! Pleasing an Italian and a Celiac is hard to do but they do every time. Their chicken fettucini Alfredo and spaghetti on GF pasta is the best!
I was assured it was safe. The chef came out to speak to me. I was promised gf pasta. After two bites, I was told to stop eating. They gave me the wrong pasta. They comped our food, but it was too late. I am fairly certain that they won't make the same mistake anytime soon, but I am feeling miserable today and my trust has been damaged.
Good gf options. I wish they'd just list them out on a menu, though. Maggiano's has a policy of always having one gf soup option, which is a real treat - restaurant soup is generally impossible for gf patrons.
The only thing better than the staff was the food. They do not have a written GF menu but, as they explained, they are a scratch kitchen and could make most of the many of the items gluten free. They do have GF corn based pasta as a substitution for pasta. The food was great and the staff made us feel that we were in good hands. From the front manager to the chef, they made sure that our food was prepared carefully and without cross contamination.
Amazing food, great service. My only complaint is that they don't have GF bread!:(
Absolutely wonderful. Very good meal, waitress was attentive, house made chips were given in place of bread. I had lobster carbonara- just spectacular.
