Waitress was very knowledgeable, knew which ingredients were GF. Excellent pasta and massive portions!

Server knew what celiac was right away and the chef came out to ensure me that he would make sure my meal was safe and to let me know they make all dressings and sauces in house and make sure they are gluten free.

Went to a private party, they were serving a family style menu. I told the server of my needs. The chef came out and discussed my needs. He let me know he would personally make my food. When they brought a course out, he brought mine separate. I had gf pasta, salad, spinach artichoke dip, all excellent, and when they were eating cake, he made me a creme Brule. Way to go!

I talked to the manager and chef before eating here. They assured me they can accommodate gluten free. When I got there I told the waitress I needed to order gluten free and she had the chef come out and speak with me. He told me all of my options and my pasta was amazing!
Yes
The staff was super knowledgeable about gluten free offerings. The chef even came out to talk to me about what the kitchen would be able to do to accommodate me. A+.
We used to really like this place, but then we went last week for the first time in years and were completely disappointed.
For one, they got rid of their GF bread, which was delicious, but not a big deal. The real problem was they don't have a GF menu but claim to be able to make almost everything on the menu GF, which seemed like it would be ok. However, the more we asked about specific options, almost every time they said they couldn't be accommodating. Basically, it seemed like you could order anything as long as you were OK with them modifying it down to GF penne pasta with red sauce.
The worst part was that it made the whole experience more about the things we *couldn't* order, rather than about the things we could order. We left completely frustrated, and we wouldn't want anyone else to experience the same thing.
The Scottsdale Maggiano's has by far the best GF menu of any Maggiano's I have Been to. They have GF bread that is delicious -- better than the regular bread! It takes a little while to get the bread as they bake it as it is requested. The staff is very knowledgable and accommodating. Only suggestion is more GF desserts... although the Verne brûlée is amazing!
Although they do not have a gf menu, the chef was great in suggesting gf options. And the food was yummy!
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
