Don’t go there! They used to care about gluten free and do us right. Now they just offer gf pasta but no creativity, delicious preparation or care. We were such a nuisance to them that we left. Their food is too expensive to be “grilled chicken” on gf pasta.

Every time I have eaten in, the food was excellent. Take out is so/so. Either it’s spot on, or they missed it by a mile. This last time, they claimed I didn’t specify I needed anything gf. Even though I had told them I have celiac. They remade my meal but, the sauce I asked for on the side doesn’t appear to be gluten free. Currently writing this in the bathroom.

I ordered a gluten free pasta and had several regular pieces of spaghetti mixed in. The chef and manager came to the table to apologize, comped the meal, and offered gift cards to come back. The chef essentially said it was a “busy night in the kitchen and a noodle might of fallen in.” Yet there were several mixed throughout. I’m not sure if they use the same utensils or it’s pre made sauces. I thought it might be a fluke thing but apparently this has happened to almost every person who ordered GF. Do yourself a favor and avoid the pasta dishes- aka don’t eat here.

I had previously given this place a 4 star rating but now I have to change that. My past 2 experiences have been awful. I was invited back due to a bad experience and during my 2nd visit it was worse. No care about my allergy. My what should have been gluten free pasta was not. I sent it back and got gluten free soup. Yup my Alfredo sauce was so thin it was soup. I told the server and he said he would get me another. I didn't want another so he said he would get me one to go. In my bag when I got home was a gluten Alfredo not gluten free. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who said "what do you want a gift card". I told him I expected what I paid for. Since that is the 2nd time they have not taken my allergy serious no more Magginos for me.

I used to eat here all the time with no issue. However, over the past year or so, almost every time I have ordered pasta there has been one gluten noodle mixed in. No one can tell me why this is happening or how they keep pastas separate. I have made it a point to tell them about this and try to keep it from happening again, but it keeps happening. Sad to say I may not be back.

Very accommodating for all of our gluten free needs. The chef came out to talk to us about our options, and the waiter knew what we were talking about. My sister and I both feel great after eating, which was a relief. We will definitely be coming back here again. 😀

Always been good service and safe. Handles GF requests with knowledge and safety.
I have been to Maggiano's across the country and love them. The one here in King of Prussia, PA, was horrible. Not so much from a GF perspective but in general. This is the first one that the Chef did not come out to talk to me about my GF order, Red Flag #1. The rest of my review is about general restaurant presentation and cleanliness. The bread plates were very oily and didn't appear to have be washed from previous usage. The wine glasses did not look clean with one having lipstick on it. One person in our group ordered beer and it was flat, just like a previous visit for him a coupe months before. The service was horrible. Granted they claimed there was a 40 person party on the deck but then they should have gotten help from restaurant wait staff for the bar where we were. We had to ask for the flat beer at least 6 times and my green beans twice before they were brought to the table. My bean arrived after I was done eating my entre. This place was horrible and its cleanliness is questionable. Maggiano's is good but not this one. Don't go to KOP for this restaurant.
the waitress brought the chef over and we talked about the options and he assured me everything would be handled separately so I was hopeful. Unfortunately when we got our food it our GF pasta was mixed with wheat pasta. the manager was very apologetic but that didn't help, damage done

Not gluten free friendly, sorry but I don't play Russian roulette with my intestines.

Gluten free ravioli 's were delicious. Waiter brought out a creme brulé for my birthday since I couldn't have the lemon cookies.
Wheat flour based fettuccini was mixed in with my GF penne pasta. I caught it before eating too much, but I still got sick. After bringing the issue to our waiter's attention the manager stopped by. The manager told me I should've asked for her because she knows the GF procedures. Perhaps they should put on the menu :p. Regardless they clearly aren't careful with food prep and definitely don't have a GF separate pasta draining/storage area. No GF specific menu. Eating here isn't worth the risk.

The server was very helpful, but my salmon turned out to be dusted with flour and I suffered all night. Very disappointed. Hesitant to return. Not worth the pain.
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
