Really happy with this restaurant. I am recently diagnosed Ciliac found using Fodmap diet. I used to be a huge Foodie (not fody lol.. ok bad joke) and have not been happy eating anything lately. I travel a lot for work and have just been frustrated trying to find food that is tasty or at least satisfying. Maggiano's to the rescue. I had Rigatoni with maranra sauce and when it came I had to verify that it was GF. It was actually Yummy. The chef came out and reassured that it was indeed GF and prepared with care of cross contamination. So if you're at DFW Terminal C Maggiano's is a winner in my books. Thanks for that

As soon as I told the waiter I had celiac disease, he knew exactly what options I had and was careful to note that I had celiac on my order. He confirmed my dish was celiac GF when he brought it to the table, and I didn’t have any issues with cross contamination.

Celiac . Very knowledgeable staff . We tested our GF pasta w Nima and it was safe .
Yes
After confirming good cross contamination procedures, I ordered gluten free pasta. I found a strand of regular spaghetti in my gluten free rigatoni. They assured me it was a fluke and someone made a mistake, but buyer beware.
No
Ordered gluten free and got a meatball (made with bread) in the mix. What I ordered didn't come with meatballs at all, in fact it was chicken sausage.
Wonderful food, gf, knowledgeable chef!
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
