Chef Alex came out and inquired specific allergies. Grilled chicken and veges-delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Did not have the same sparkling experience here as the other review. Yes, they can put GF penne in most pasta dishes. But our server gave me no further information about what was safe to eat, and there is no GF menu. I was not offered a visit from the chef. Basically, “we have GF penne, ready to order?” Actually, in general, the service was really bad. Disappointing and would not return to this location.
The staff was very helpful and very pleasant. When I asked the waitress if they had a gluten free menu, she stated that all dishes could be made with gluten free pasta. She then offered to have the chef to come out to our table. I had seen this on another review on here, but it really happened. The executive chef, yes one listed on their website for this location, came out and explained everything. He said all but the ravioli and lasagne could be made for me and all sauces were gluten free as well. He took my part of our order himself with notes on the ticket, then waitress came back to take remainder of party. He was very patient and respectful of my needs. Definitely would recommend this chain and location to anyone.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
