Ate here consecutive days on a short business trip, everything was phenomenal. Shrimp ceviche, cerda arepa, and tres leches day 1, followed up with the bandeja paisa on day 2 (and tres leches for later because I was too stuffed from the entree, and I’m a big eater). Great cocktails too, super friendly staff. This will be my first stop if I’m ever here again.

Fantastic find! All gluten free, great food, zero complaints. After a delayed flight, we came in just before closing on a Sunday evening and they were happy to seat and serve us. Food came out quickly.

Just went there for lunch and it was amazing! The decor was great and the friendly staff were well acquainted with celiac disease. Tried the shrimp ceviche and the 3 sampler Aremas which was perfect amount of food. Can’t wait to come again for dinner!

Wow, wow, wow! The food is amazing! I had the pulled pork arepas and my husband had the steak arepas. They were both excellent! We also had a braised steak appetizer which was incredible as well as the Tres Leche cake! It was all perfection!

Honestly the only word that comes to mind is ecstasy! This is by far the best restaurant in (dare I say) the state of Louisiana! The entire restaurant is gluten free, and although the menu can be a bit confusing for non Spanish speakers, every single thing my party tried (6 different dishes) was to die for! The atmosphere was traditional Columbia Creole fusion and the service was incredibly friendly. Stuck on the menu, I highly recommend the arepas or the aborrajdos. They even had dessert, the tres leche is amazing! Please please please, go to this restaurant!! You and your taste buds will not regret it!!

Been coming here countless times over the past 2 years. NEVER been glutened because it’s impossible. Completely dedicated GF. Some of the best food in NOLA at a price that’s hard to beat for the quality you receive. I can’t think of one time that I was unsatisfied with what I ordered, they are extremely consistent. This place was SO good. I stopped by in my last few hours in New Orleans and ate way too much, but so worth it. I got the copitas de platano app which was 5/5, and then the pork ribs which were sooooooooo amazing, and also a bit too much food for one person 😆

I came in for dinner on a Sunday and didn’t realize they would be so busy (make reservations if you can). I was able to find a seat at the bar after a short wait. Service was super friendly and food came out relatively quickly considering how busy they were. Everything was super tasty and I felt very safe eating here. I asked about the food being cooked with beer (as mentioned in another review) and they didn’t know what I was talking about. I had the plantain cups, beef empanada, and the Ajiaco soup. So good!

Soooo... went to this restaurant on recommendation of this app... says gluten free facility, and yes they appear to be be, BUT please please check with the wait staff about coeliac suitability! The beer is a gluten removed brand (not suitable for coeliacs) and they don't have another alcoholic option. There are some meals that are cooked in the beer (so also unsafe for coeliacs). As a super sensitive coeliac, I was advised not to order a number of meals. The staff are super aware about coeliacs and cross contamination though! 💯

Genuinely one of the best meals of my life seriously so so so good. Had the copitas de plan tank and the sampler to share as an appetizer and as an entree had the pollo grilano. Also shared the tres leches and flan for dessert. Absolutely outstanding. You need to go here

This is my new favorite NOLA restaurant. I had the Acerra arepa, red sangria, and flan. My gluten-eating 7-year old had a cheese arepa and loved it. And my gluten-eating husband also loved his dish. And my son was surprised that I could eat off his plate as everything was GF. Delicious and no reaction. I stuffed myself.

Absolutely wonderful restaurant! EVERYTHING is GF which is so comforting. Can’t remember the last time I looked at a menu without scrutiny. Aside from from the GF element, the food is amazing whether you are GF or not. I had the lamb slides made from fried cornmeal and ribs as a main course and they were amazing. My wife had an Arepa which was great too. Portions are large, service is top-notch and food is excellent. If you are GF and NOLA go to Mais Arepa.

My family ate there this evening and the reviews are spot on. The food is amazing and the portions are generous. We all loved everything we ordered. Everything is gluten free! We were seated in the bar area, it was a Wednesday evening (7:30pm) and most of the crowd seemed young and “hip”. I’m older, so it was a bit loud for me, but I would’ve loved it in my 20’s! I’m Celiac sensitive and I had no issues.
