Pretty good location, friendly staff. Always a little uneasy about cross contamination, but the workers are in view and you can usually follow your food and see if there are any issues. Have had pretty good luck with this chain so far.

I visit this location often, as the food is delicious and they have a dedicated fryer! They have a gluten free menu and most of the staff is knowledgeable about celiac disease and gluten free foods. I haven’t experienced any cross contamination, however I have caught them before leaving with my food. When the worker shows you your food before you leave, don’t be afraid to speak up. I always watch closely and the last time, I had to ask for a new meal because the worker was packaging pound cake and then grabbed my fries. They were very understanding and apologetic about this cross contamination situation. I’m just glad I caught it myself. I always get the pulled pork platter and fries… their green beans are great too! Make sure to ask which sauces are gf before you go!

I have eaten here 3 times over the past year and a half. First time was great, I did not get sick on the pulled pork. The second time I found a macaroni noodle in the middle of my serving of pulled pork. The third time, I got violently ill about 2 hours after eating pulled pork and cold slaw.

Food was excellent. They made sure to they knew we were gluten free. Food was done fast. Meat was moist and fries were delicious. Edit to add- my husband saw the server change her gloves when they said our order was gluten free

Had dinner here tonight, we've eaten at our local restaurant but this was our first time at this location. I asked for the manager before placing my order to ensure that he was aware of proper protocol. The manager & his team provided excellent service and ensured that we had a safe and pleasant experience.

I asked for a GF menu and was immediately given one. Food was delicious!!! My only complaint is that the fact that my meal was GF possibly wasn't communicated to the kitchen, and a piece of cornbread was on my plate. It wasn't touching my other food, so I moved it off. All on all, I can highly recommend this restaurant!

Not a great experience at this location. Placed corn bread on my plate, and when they discovered what they did the employee palmed the pulled pork on to another plate after handling buns for sandwiches!!!
