I love the new cauliflower crust and have eaten at a number of MOD locations. The kitchen is not dedicated but they take precautions and have been reliable in the past. I do wish they loaded more toppings on but it’s very good for the price.

I told them I had a gluten allergy( celiac) and they changed their gloves but then used the SAME tomato sauce spoon and dipped it into the separate allergy sauce container. It’s a good pizza until I get sick 30 minutes after I eat it. I’d avoid this place*** they put the gluten free pizza right on the same place other pizzas go on. No rubber plate under or anything

Not celiac friendly. Knew nothing about cross contamination and used the same sauce spoon on my gf crust. She offered to get a clean spoon but i had to explain it wouldnt make a difference unless it was a fresh container of sauce. She said lots eat here with no issues i just rolled my eyes.

Fiancé picked up pizza for me as I was busy painting the nursery with my mom. Pizza was very good. Thin chewy crust. I wasn’t there when he placed the order but he did indicate to them I had a severe allergy n he said they seemed to be careful n made sure to tell everyone touching my pizza about the allergy. I had no reaction at all (I’m very sensitive). Pizza was reasonably priced compared to other places. Would recommend and will probably go back.
I’m only gluten sensitive, not Celiac, but witnessed the staff use shared utensils, sauce spoons, pans and cutters. Did not offer gloves or use a surface when placing GF pizza in the shared grill like Blaze. Did not care for the crust either.

This place just opened and I have to give it a bit of credit: they have a very large, pre-baked GF pizza crust that tastes pretty good and is decently priced. However, don’t expect the staff to know what to do with it. Both times I’ve gone, they grabbed the GF crust and immediately contaminated it with shared sauce, then baked it in the large shared oven (without a rubber tray like Blaze uses), and sliced it with a shared slicer. They were also completely confused when I mentioned a gluten allergy. I think the only reason this option exists is to cater to “fad” dieters who won’t get sick if their product gets done cross-contamination because it’s pretty clear the staff and management have no training. If you’re not a celiac and are just eating gluten free because it’s neat or healthy or whatever, you’ll probably like the food. If you’re a celiac, avoid this place.

They have decent crust and unlimited toppings but make sure to ask for special utensils and tray, there is cross contamination so I had to be stern to ask for clean utensils, the other reno location was more precautious!

They offer a gluten free crust. Workers are always sure to change their gloves and use an allergy screen when preparing your pizza. However, items are at risk of cross contamination due to the nature of the restaurant.

Excellent service! They asked me if it was an allergy or a preference. I said allergy and they pulled all fresh ingredients to prevent cross contamination. The staff was super careful not to touch anything that was an allergen (I have multiple other allergies). Overall I was very impressed.

I like Mod Pizza. I go there about once a month when I dont want to cook. I usually get the gluten-free crust, regular sauce, diary free cheese, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers, spinach, and chickpeas. I think the vegan suasage option has gluten. I also get a big salad and omit everything with gluten or dairy.
They attempt to avoid cross contaminating with changing gloves, etc, but it is all in one area. If you have celiacs and are very sensitive probably not a good idea. I am a gluten intolerant so as long as they do as much as they can, I don't have a reaction. And it depends on the level of knowledge of the staff thar is working.
They can also accommodate me for dairy free which is amazing. I don't recall about the meat they use so be sure to ask if it has gluten. I know the regular pizza sauce is safe but check with regards to the others. I think they use only basic ingredients in their products and not a lot of additives and fillers.

While a chain, we feel this location is mindful of allergies. We’ve eaten here six times with no ‘glutening’ or a reaction for my egg/dairy allergy. We’ve even placed an order for pick up, requesting a glove change in the notes, and ate safely! The pizza is just okay though. The GF pizza leaves a lot to be desired, and the vegan cheese is a little gooey. But when we’re in a hurry, it’s nice to have a safe place to grab a quick personal pizza.
