Went once with a reservation, and it took 70 minutes of "just 10 more minutes" before being seated, and another 20 before our drinks came. The food took forever, but most of it did taste very good. We decided many months later to give them another chance. This time at an off-peak hour. Service was still mediocre, but faster. Food this time was not as good (maybe the first time we were just starving about waiting 2 hours) and definitely not worth the high pricetag.

Horrible service, gf menu, and food. I came for pizza, and they had none. I got eggs, and there were shells in it. Big disappointment! Giving one star is generous.

A repeat customer here. Great Italian options including delicious pizzas and pasta. Front of house and wait staff are not top notch, but the food is worth the wait. Have never ordered out but imagine the pizza would keep well in delivery.

Overrated, very nice interior is not reflected in quality of food and service. All in all a disappointing experience.

A huge gluten free menu, but they had no idea what Celiac Disease was, or how to avoid cross contamination. Even the manager didn't know. Celiacs, go at your own risk!

They usually were safe for me however the last time I went there, they glutened me. I got a piece of breaded chicken when the menu clearly stated that it was grilled. I asked the server and a manager and they assured me it was gluten free. Severe GI problems for the next seven hours told me otherwise.

This is my favorite GF restaurant in NYC. I love their pasta, they have fantastic sauces, with flavors always well balanced. I like the pasta with a vodka type sauce, peas, and sausage. The chicken parm is also fantastic. They often have specials that are GF and the salads are always fresh. I think the pizza is not bad, but I only got it once as I think the pasta is better. The flourless chocolate cake is taken to the next level here as they serve it with hazlenut gelatto and a caramel sauce. The service is spectacular and I like their drink selection as well. I would suggest a reservation when possible as they are popular. The one downside is I think the charge for the bread is a bit high. I got it once, it was one bun cut in half and toasted, and they charged a few dollars for it.

The pizza has a frozen crust that tastes like Amy's. Save $7 and just get it at the bodega.

GF fine dining. Busy, loud & a wait regardless of reservations. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Pappardella highly enough. They have wonderful food, an extensive GF menu (even desserts) and educated servers who know full well how stringent one with Celiac must be as regards cross-contamination.
