Pei Wei

I eat here all the time! I have gluten ataxia and am extremely sensitive (stroke like symptoms if glutened) Never had a problem here! Not once! Get the pei wei original with gluten free soy sauce! It's the best "sweet and sour chinese chicken" ever!

used to be my favorite treat when I was in Springfield. this week they changed the menu and the options are limited. don't rely on staff to be knowledgeable of what is and isn't gluten free.

Great experience here. Came in to order take out and specified gluten free. I ordered the spicy chicken with white rice. The menu was small, but included more than just salads and actually had full entrees that I might've ordered even if not gf. Once I sat down to wait I heard the chef yell for the gluten free pan and oil, which was very reassuring. About 7 minutes later she gave me my order and had a sticker saying it was gf. She also made sure to give me packets of gf soy sauce. The food was very good.

Food okay, but very limited gluten-free options.

The menu is small but awesome. My friend and i go here for lunch almost every Saturday (40+ times a year) and I've literally never gotten sick from it

Ordered sweet and sour chicken from the gluten free menu and have never been so sick so quickly in my life.

Very limited menu, but gluten free asian food is hard to find. Tastes fabulous, they have GF Tamari soy sauce packets and are very careful with handing your food. I have NEVER gotten sick eating here.

So, I couldn’t find anything to verify this, but the staff at the airport location said that everything on their menu is gluten free - made with corn flour, there isn’t any gluten on site. This isn’t clear from their posted menu, which notes specific things are gluten free (implying that others that aren’t marked are not). And it’s also not clear when you find the Pei Wei website and the same menu items are not marked gluten free. But I did eat one of the things not marked gluten free (because they were out of the thing I wanted that was) and did not have any symptoms afterwards.

Not a fan- didn’t look like woks were being switched in-between dishes. Not sure how or why some things are GF and others are not when ingreds are similar- made no sense - too saucy!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
