It takes like dish soap every time I go there now! All I can figure is they are trying to clean the gluten off the pan and don't get all the soap off. I have thrown away my meal two or three times, so I'm not going back here again.

McKinney location is hit or miss. Been glutened twice now. Won't be returning. Haven't had problems with Plano though.

The pei wei spicy shrimp is primo...they even included some packets of gluten free soy sauce with my order.

They have some great options for gluten free. I ordered bourbon chicken and white rice, and it was very tasty!

I have eaten at this Pei Wei location at least 6 times and have had no reactions to their gluten free meals. I am highly sensitive to cross-contact. The menu is clearly marked and the manager was able to answer all of my questions.
