Been eating here safely since we moved here in 2020. They label the gf food with stickers and I always ask to make sure it’s gf. The last few times I’ve eaten here, the person who cooked the gf items packed it as well. Have not had any problems for my husband and I at all!

At first this place made what my stomach experienced as GF options. That was over a year ago. The last 2 times I ate their GF good I was glutened, and will not give them a third chance to make me sorry I ate there.

There is a gluten free menu, but it only includes 5 items. I had the sweet and sour chicken. So did my husband, but his wasn't gluten free. Nothing obviously different, not even the dish in which it was served. Taste wasn't bad, but only okay. I haven't been glutened in more than 2 years, but I was from this meal. If I had to guess, I'd say it was cross contamination because the symptoms weren't severe. But enough so I'm still suffering 24 hours later.

Ate here safely. Staff was responsive to my request to be extra careful with cross contamination.

First time visit and employees very accommodating with GF request. Food simple but tasty and even given packets of GF soy sauce.

Decent food but a little on the pricey side for the amount you get. Many gluten free options on the menu.

I wish I could give it zero stars.
I love Pei Wei. They don’t have them in Chicago anymore. I’ve been planning on having dinner at this location the next time I visited Phoenix… years in the making.
I walked up to the front in the teenagers running the place said we’re closed for 15 minutes because we’re going on break. My flight boarded in 25 minutes so I asked them if it was really gonna be 15 minutes or 30 minutes. They said 30 minutes.
I asked them how long it takes to make the only gluten-free meal they serve. They said they don’t have any chicken so I asked him if they had anything that could be done gluten-free and they said no.
Those employees and the manager are to be ashamed of themselves .
By the way, it’s not like it was in the middle of the night. It was 5:30 in the afternoon, dinner time

Terrible I got cross contaminated so badly I was sick for days. My daughter of vegetarian found a piece of meat in her meal.
Just disgusting.

Eat here often. Tested the kung pao chicken with nima sensor and it was safe. Love it.
