I'm mad that they now charge $2 extra for gluten free. I'm boycotting.
They really take care of me and my gluten intolerance.
I have eaten at PF Chang's all over the country for years and never once had a problem or gotten the least bit sick except for this location. We've gotten sick twice here despite our food coming out on the right plates and it wasn't necessarily mild...not sure what they are doing wrong here. The staff and management seems less understanding and knowledgable than expected from a PF Chang's. I agree with one of the other reviewers - the other 2 locations in town.
This PF Changs says they have a gluten free menu but have tried it twice and got very sick! I go to Sunnyvale and Pleasonton PF Changs with no problems. Do NOT go to this location if you are celiac. You will get sick.
My husband is gluten intolerant. We rarely go out to eat but he had a craving for some Chinese food. As soon as we sat down we noticed that the plates were dirty and the table was sticky. my husband ordered the (gf)combo fried rice no shrimp. We started eating and my husband immediately started feeling sick. not too long into our meal the manager came over to our table and asked my husband if he had ordered the gf rice. he them proceeded to tell us that they had given us the regular rice!!!! NOT OK!! WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.
Always awesome.
They have an extensive gluten free menu. Meals are served on identifiable plates to avoid any cross contamination or confusion. They even can still make you the table side hot sauce gluten free.
Great gluten free menu, they have gluten free beer and the service was good as well.
We’re so sad! We love PF Changs. My mans noddles had PASTA in them. Although the box had stickers saying it was gluten free it was not. $40 spent on a nice meal for nothing. I would not recommend this Changs if you’re GF Celiac

They are very aware of cross contamination and what contains gluten. Not a lot of options but very good awareness.

Went on a busy night, had the gluten free chicken pad Thai with no tofu and gluten free Singapore street noodles. The server was very knowledgeable about their gluten free options and GFO is marked on the menu. At least 7 options which is more than most chains. The food was excellent, very flavourful and had no reaction whatsoever.

Ordered the spicy chicken with a side of fried rice and everything came out marked gluten free. Before I even got the check, I could already feel myself getting sicker by the second. This was likely a case of carelessness and seems to be a trend at this location based on other reviews. Would avoid this location if you are sensitive to cross contamination.
